About this house rental

Experience charming downtown Black Mountain, a three minute drive from the house with award winning restaurants, breweries, and art galleries. In close proximity to the surrounding mountains, including walking, hiking (10 min drive to Montreat), biking trails, lakes, and a local golf course. Minutes from downtown Asheville, home to over 30 world renowned breweries (Funkatorium, High Wire, Burial to name a few) and wonderful eateries (Curate, Grove Park Inn, White Duck Tacos, 12 Bones BBQ). The space It is important to us that you have all the comforts of home during your stay. There are two fully stocked living spaces and kitchens at the house. Take advantage of our well stocked kitchen if you choose to cook while you are here, with a comprehensive spice drawer and all cooking items you may need. Enjoy a spacious living room with a grand window and ample sunlight and a gorgeous mountain view. The main room upstairs is furnished with a ceiling fan, Smart TV, brand new sleeper sofa, Entertainment center loaded with games, playing cards and books. Brand new kitchen appliances are available which include a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, large microwave, toaster, instant pot, blender, local brewery glasses, and Yeti coffee mugs. A separate dinning space is available within open floor plan, including a table set for six, perfect for a family or a group of friends. Downstairs has a pub table that seats three. A coffee bar equipped with a drip 12 cup coffee maker, French press, burr grinder, and complimentary specialty teas and local coffee. Artificial sweeteners, raw sugar, creamer, and an electric tea kettle are available. Two bedrooms with queen sized beds and ample closet storage in both rooms upstairs and one bedroom with a queen sized bed downstairs. These bedrooms are equipped with bedside lamps and charging stations for ease of access. Each bedroom has a sound machine, an extra blanket, and pillows. Two full bathrooms stocked with all of your travel essentials; hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair ties, towels, and wash clothes, with subway-tiled showers and one bathtub. Enjoy the front porch area with two rocking chairs, a charcoal grill, and yard that includes a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather and mountain view! On-site laundry is available with our brand new stacked washer and dryer (including detergent and the laundry essentials).
