I really enjoyed to stay in this apartment. So clean and aesthetic. If I had any problems Egle tried to help me ASAP. Was amazing service. Definitely recommend!

Great apartment, strategically convenient location.
Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, so the arriving guest does not need to worry about anything. The host is very kind, helped with all questions. I give a very big 10 for everything!

Great location, very neat and stylish apartment with all necessary things for a short stay. The apartment was warm, and the temperature can be adjusted to your liking with the thermostat. The check-in process is easy and fast. A large shopping center and a water park nearby. I will definitely come back.

Clean, new, stylish appartment
Disgusting smell, noise from the street, long term of deposit freeze(still waiting for it to be returned), doubled process of personal data provioning to the host booking system
3.5 / 5.0
New building, new and clean room, good location if you don't need the city center (green areas, shopping center). Room is quiet.
Worst check-in process: you receive plenty of emails, some of them are sent as booking.com messages without any reformatting (e.g., two useful sentences and many garbage like standard corporate signatures). For example, there were words "click here to check-in" but no clickable links in booking.com messages. You need to confirm you person (by selfie with ID) and to pay few times by card (linked to booking account): main rent fee and security deposit. At the end of this complicated process you will receive the e-mail with instructions.
You will find big list of fines for many things.
Shampoo is in small one-time disposable packaging, there is no shelf in the shower, hot water is not hot really, just very warm.
Thermostat's clock has been set incorrectly and the heating turned on at the wrong time (I fixed it but this action is punishable accordingly fine list).
There was unpleasant smell in the room, probably after previous guests' cooking.
And the main impression – the interior is too dark for Vulnius autumn. It has 50 shades of gray only and too little light.
Add some love for your clients, fix many small inconveniences and this apartments would be very good choice to stay. And fire your interior designer.

The room has everything that is needed. The location is great. Chances are there you get free parking in front. The bed is small for 2 people but for a few things its ok.
The building is still going through some construction work and you can expect drilling noise from the upper floor and then the elevator stops to work from time to time. During my time of checkout with a few heavy luggages, I had to use the stairs.

We had a great stay. Close to a shopping centre, cinema. Easy communication and great flat. Very good value.

Greatly planned apartment, not too big, but had everything I needed. Host was quick to reply and made my check in very easy.
Furthermore, enjoyed visiting a big shopping and entertainment centre next by.
