This apartment is situated opposite to two Mini Supermarkets, a Pub, a Fish and Chips take away, ATM cash point, a Fitness gym, a Petrol station, Chinese Spa and two Cafés. Perfect location for contractors, key-workers wanting to stay in a comfortable place to relax with all the amenities to enjoy. Worthing has several eclectic restaurants within ten minute walking distance. Stylish, homely decor. Quiet bedroom overlooking back garden with four single beds, two of them can be zip linked together. Fully equipped kitchen, shower room and toilet are in the apartments for your own use. Wide 55 inch flat screen TV with cable channels. Free fast highspeed Wifi. A launderette a minute away. Free parking either on the side streets or free limited private parking spaces behind the building.
Situated 2 minutes walk from the historic beachfront in Worthing it is in a perfect location for hikers, cyclists, visitors to South Downs National Forest, keyworkers, vacationers and anyone wanting to relax. Twice award winning "Worthing Pier" and its Art Deco building is twelve minutes walk along the beautiful beach as is the Worthing Town Centre. Free fishing is available in the Worthing Pier, several water sport activities possible. It is also close to the Worthing Hospital that is rated as "Outstanding" by the Care Quality Commission in England.

This Edwardian building has old carpet in communal entry hallway but the apartments itself have decent carpets. This apartment is situated in the first floor and there is disabled access or lift unfortunately. The showers are walk-in showers, however is slightly elevated off the bathroom floor. The door frames are decently wide inside the apartment.
No smoking, no drugs. No pets. Rental policy agreement signature required with Government ID for the stay.
