Palazzo in guter Lage

Palazzo Glori hat zwei große Vorteile die Lage und den Ö.Parkplatz nebenan. Unsere Suite war groß, ansprechend möbliert und sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig.

Buono, ma con ampio margine di miglioramento.

Colazione discreta. Posizione ottima.

La colazione deve dare prova di maggiore varietà di scelta ed abbondanza. Dei tre ristoranti consigliati (su nostra gentile richiesta di informazioni utili), uno ci ha mandato via dicendoci che era tutto prenotato anche se alle 19,45 era tutto completamente vuoto. L'altro era tipo "gran gourmet", ma con un rapporto quantità/prezzo sbilanciato (se spendo così tanto, devo uscire satollo ed appagato). Il terzo non l'abbiamo provato perché leggermente meno centrale. In camera, la TV avrebbe potuto essere più grande, date le dimensioni ragguardevoli della camera e la distanza della TV dal letto. C'era un manufatto che andava appeso e invece era appoggiato a terra (poco elegante). La doccia teoricamente era molto bella (la vetrinetta non perdeva nemmeno una goccia d'acqua), ma la pressione dell'acqua era solamente discreta. C'era una "padella" grande per la doccia dall'alto e un doccino a fianco agganciato ad altezza delle mani, ma date le dimensioni del vano doccia, si sarebbe potuto aggiungere un gancio in alto per il doccino per effettuare doccia dall'alto anche con il doccino in alternativa alla padella, senza doverlo tenere in mano. Il bidet aveva un getto verso il basso, non direzionabile. Il WC era a cassetta (mi aspetto una mandata libera o con retroazione a molla se si vogliono evitare - giustamente - gli sprechi, ma non uno scarico a cassetta). Per il resto bene. Ma per fare la colazione devo uscire all'aria aperta, mi tocca vestirmi. Non sono sicuro che le tende garantissero la privacy in camera, dato che non coprivano agevolmente tutta la superficie della finestra e che poco distante, di fronte, c'erano altre finestre. Propio in corrispondenza della serratura di apertura della porta della camera, c'è un pedaglio che si impiglia nella chiave quando si entra e se si ha premura è scomodo doverlo spostare con l'altra mano.

Wunderschöne zentrale Unterkunft mit Entspann-Feeling

Sehr schöne zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Wunderschöne, ausgewählte Ausstattung, sehr geschmackvoll. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Das Personal sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!

Nice place but...

Staff very welcoming Room quite large, large bathroom Large bed and confortable Very Clean Very calm 15' walk.away from Duomo

Small TV without foreign channels (nearly 100 channels but all Italian) Lack of little table in bathroom to put woman's stuff Lack of extra chair to put garnements Bottle of water to be paid extra (but 1€ only) Breakfast buffet disappointing : no orange juice, no fresh bread but toasts, croissants were hard (not fresh), simple coffee cup was given without refill Restaurant suggested by reception quite far and 'gastronomic' Public Parking (not free) open air without custody (but 30m away) Reception only for check in. Nobody at night.

Perfect place to stay.

Friendly and attentive reception. Spacious clean rooms. Rooms are named after famous Luthiers (Violin Makers). Very clean bathrooms. Parking nearby. The historical center (and the Violin Museum) are close to reach with few steps.

We had to travel further ;-)

Exceptional

Location is perfect with a large car park very close by. Breakfast was excellent and air conditioning kept the room perfectly cool even in the extreme heat. The bedroom and bathroom were both very spacious , an excellent hotel !

The Palazzo Glori is absolutely wonderful!

The property is beautiful and in the heart of Cremona. There is a parking lot conveniently located next to the property. It is a palazzo! My room was very roomy, had a painted ceiling and a large bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, everything was fresh and beautifully set out. The staff could not have been nicer. They were very helpful and genuinely nice! I really enjoyed my stay!

The bed is a little too hard and I wish there was at least one tv English tv station.

enjoyed the room, not really set up as an hotel , difficult to find?!!?

the interior design and fittings, with fantastic attention to detail was exceptionally good and much appreciates

Many operational problems - lighting too dark. no tie backs for curtains, no towel rails, bedside lamps too big & too low for small tables, floor needs a rug, paying E1 for small drinking water, no shelf in shower for shampoo etc, but a beautifully designed room!!
