This spacious 2-bedroom apartment has been updated into a clean and comfortable space. It contains two bedrooms, each with their own closets, TVs and USB-compatible bedside lamps for all your devices. There are new appliances, including washer and dryer, to make your stay feel more like home. The kitchen steps out into the huge back lawn, where their is plenty of room to play or enjoy an evening under the starry skies. With ample parking directly out the front door, loading baggage and groceries is just a couple steps down to the parking lot. The property is ON the wine trail that skirts the east side of Seneca Lake for easy access to all your favorite wineries, breweries and restaurants. This property was very clean; has an excellent location near Watkins Glen, wineries and restaurants; easy parking, and communication with the host was excellent. Small negative was not particularly comfortable beds and pillows. Also, I've gotten used to coffee being provided in VRBOs - this time I had to buy my own coffee - though a very nice coffee maker (with whole pot and individual cup options) was provided.

We had a girls weekend where we planned on hitting up some wineries. We arrived on check in day at 3:30 and were pleasantly surprised we were able to check in woth our code. We quickly freshened up in the wonderfully clean apartment and headed into town for drinks and dinner. Saturday morning we awoke and went hiking at the state park. The views are amazing. Then to lunch at Ryan Williams winery just minutes down the street feom our apt. We then enjoyed a lively pedal boat tour and back to the house for dinner and a bonfire. The apartment was perfectly equipped for 4 women with towels, appliances, and firewood!! A great stay. We will definitely be back!

The place is nice and has all the amenities,and situated in a good spot. Host was good. Only thing wrong was the room had a bad smell. Overall it’s worth it

The property and stay was amazing and it was very close from the lake and winery's, the property was very clean had everything you need to cook in the kitchen even to wash your clothes, i used the grill it was also clean when i was using it, its a very quiet location and nice for a family weekend

Amazing accommodations! The beds are so comfy and the kitchen is supplied with everything you need! The unit is SO clean with many personal touches making our trip relaxing and memorable! The fire pit in the back yard is a big hit with the family! Our host, Drew, is super helpful, he even allowed a little later check out time, which is greatly appreciated! We will be returning!

Heat pump had issue starting for the season. Drew immediately came by and got us into a different unit that was excellent. Drew's property is very new, clean, and well outfitted! Everything nice including the outdoor grill for each unit. Definitely 5-stars!!!

Very pleased with the property. Very clean and comfortable all around from living room to kitchen and bedrooms. Everything new and was a nice stay. The back area was also good to relax by a fire. Location was perfect for the Harbor and wine trail and falls.

Great apartment-style accommodation in perfect location on east side of Seneca Lake. This is the 2nd year in a row we've stayed here and it's as clean and new looking as last year, with new additions, like a outdoor grill. Would definitely stay again!

We had everything we needed for our home away. Spacious, clean, and it was nice to sit at the fire pit after a day of winery hopping! We visited both Seneca and Keuka Lake wineries and felt this was a good location to do both without a lot of driving. Definitely would stay again.

We have a wonderful stay. The condo had all the amenities and was freshly updated. Great kitchen, spacious living room, comfortable bed, and excellent bathroom. Watkins Glen was less than 10 minutes away and so was access to all the wineries.

We had a very nice stay at 414 Vacation rentals. The property was newly renovated and everything was great. Property was just as advertised and Drew (host) sent all the information we needed in advance of our arrival. Great experience d and look forward to our next visit. The area is beautiful and the gorge is spectacular.

My husband and I stayed here with our 6 month old. We were very pleased with with the unit. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for a morning hike at Watkins Glen and winery/brewery afternoons. We hope to be back!

The first night we arrived there was a terrible storm and the power was out. I contacted the owner and he came to the apt within 10 minutes. He was very apologetic, although none of it was his fault. He showed us how to reset all appliances when electric would return. He contacted us early the next morning to verify all was well. The apt was amazingly clean with all up to date appliances and amenities.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything felt updated and the check in and checkout process was very easy. It was also close to many points of interest like the wineries as well as close to Watkins Glen.

This property was perfectly located and perfectly cleaned! We did all of the wineries up the east and down the west of Seneca Lake. The east side was our favorite. We did all of the hiking/waterfalls near Watkins Glen and Ithaca. We also drove up Cayuga Lake to hit up some wineries/cideries there and also stopped at Taughannock Falls. We even drove up to Skaneateles for a day, which was just an hour from the apartment. We did this all in 4 days. The apartment was spotless and everything seemed new. The beds were comfortable. We did not use the kitchen, but it appeared to be stocked well. It was perfect for my mom and me. Could be tight with four adults. We would absolutely come back and stay at this place! The complementary bottle of wine was also nice. Thanks!
