About this house rental
Come and recharge your batteries in this magnificent restored mill dating from the 18th century. This building is a real haven of peace with its feet in the water, from the garden you have direct access to the foreshore! An ideal place to spend unforgettable holidays with family or friends.
Before entering this exceptional waterfront house, with direct access to the beach, you will be charmed by the pretty south-facing terrace with trees, sheltered from the prevailing winds.
On the ground floor, you will discover a very nice living room including a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious living room, with a working fireplace available. All the rooms on the ground floor have a unique view of the bay of Portsall which changes with the tides. A TV is present, but you will probably prefer to enjoy the view!
On the first floor, there are 2 beautiful bedrooms for adults, each equipped with a quality double bed (160x200). On this floor there is also a large shower room, a separate toilet and an office, ideal for teleworking in this peaceful environment. An internet connection is available throughout the house via wifi.
The 2nd floor has 2 double bedrooms (each with 2 beds 80x190, which can be twinned into a bed of 160). You will also find 2 bedrooms in a row, each with a single bed (80x190), and a small shower room. This lower floor, accessible by 2 staircases, is ideal for children, but one of the 2 double bedrooms has an unobstructed view of the sea and could be very suitable for adults!
This house is also equipped with a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as an outbuilding to store bikes, paddles, kayaks, windsurfing boards,...
A mooring buoy is also available in the bay of Portsall if you want to come with your boat. However, as the draught is small, the anchorage is more suitable for a RIB. A partnership with the Crapaud shipyard in Lanildut allows you to hire a boat and the shipyard can even take care of transporting it to the anchorage.
The GR34 hiking trail (coastal path) passes by the house. If you take it, you will quickly arrive at the small port of Portsall, which has many shops (Portsall fishery, Proxi, bakery, restaurants...). For water sports enthusiasts, the Portsall sailing club is in the immediate vicinity. The surrounding area also offers magnificent spots for windsurfing, kite-surfing, surfing, winging, paddling... If you are more of a beach person, there are beautiful white sandy beaches within easy reach. One of these beaches can be reached on foot directly from the garden.
The little extras that you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a welcome basket made from 100% local products, a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on activities to do and places to visit!
Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most touristic places of the Pays d'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (possible departure from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or in the Sainte Marguerite dunes, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Kergroadès castle, or the naval museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children you will also find nearby: the 3 curés recreation park, Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, there are magnificent spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course.

Super WE dans ce petit coin de paradis breton. Séjour en famille où tout le monde a pu se ressourcer. La maison est très bien restaurée et l'on s'y sent vite très à l'aise.
