Room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. It's a little older place. So if you are looking for fancy. This is not your place. But we very much enjoyed our stay.

There was no one to check us in, no number to call. I spent 20 minutes in the phone with Expedia. Turns out they email you a door code. They don’t know why it was never sent. The AC was so loud and the workers next door drank and laughed out side my door till 11:00 . There was no remote not worthy of the money

First time staying here, I always see the sign when I drive through. Everything was all online, so I never spoke to anyone while I was here. It was clean, WiFi worked great and the water pressure in the shower was enjoyable. Some things I did not like was there was no complimentary lotion which I expected and did not bring. Locking the door was a little bit weird and temperature control. I felt the price to be a bit much for the quality I recieved.

We ran out of toilet paper. The office was closed. There was no spare roll anywhere
And no facial tissue. Oops! Fortunately, we had some in our truck.
The sink faucet is leaking continuously, but other than that everything was fine.

Diane, at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is older, but clean. It’s in a great location for access to all the recreation activities Cascade and Donnelly have to offer.

Expensive for what it was. Not enough towels, no shower curtain, no staff to talk to about it. Wifi was very poor and we had to sit at the door to connect or go outside. Picture makes the room look much bigger than it is.

Quick and friendly check in.

At best an $80 motel tops. No cell service and the WiFi didn’t work where my room was located. I’d stay in McCall or Boise for anyone making the trip. Worst stay on my 3 week journey for the money…

Our room was comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Clean, comfortable! Showing wear but was what was expected.

The cost of the reservation for a double room was $175.00 through Expedia. It would have been less if I reserved directly with Birch Glen. However, even at their price of $133.00, I think it is still too high.
The good: the woman I talked to on the phone was very helpful and friendly. We were arriving after hours and she made arrangements to ensure we could get into our room even though the desk wasn't staffed. The bedding and bathroom were clean and the room size was nice.
The not so good: the beds were uncomfortable and one of them squeaked with every little move. The pillows are in desperate need of replacement. The chairs were heavily stained from years of use and there was a weird smell in the room.

The Staff was friendly, the room was clean, the only draw back was the wi-fi was weak and hard to connect to. Thank you for the kindness.

The front desk person was super friendly. The actual room was super old and one piece of the blind was broke so someone could peak in our room. Bed was super old. Price should of been around 50$ a night but was 200$ a night.

The blankets had some stein’s.

Overall, a great place for families with young kids. But the refrigerator did not work properly (was not cooling properly) and the toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor. My kids especially enjoyed the game room (air hockey, pool, foosball). Too bad the dart board was not operational.

Classic 1970s style motel. The room was clean though that old and weathered. Very quiet. No traffic noise. Worth the money.

Clean and comfortable. The lock on the door is only a knob that is very flimsy, only disappointment.

Friendly staff
Noisy heater and fans. Poor door locks

Staff at front desk was great. Helpful with questions about area dining and site seeing.
Bathroom floor was dirty. Shower curtain smelled bad. Poor cleaning. Rest of the room was old but clean. Was very quiet.

Other than the window to our room facing directly west, and no black out curtains to keep the sun out in the morning this was a great place to stay. Bed were nice and comfy, for motel beds, and over all it had a warm, cozy, comfy feel to it. We weren’t fall from town center or Lake Cascade. We would stay here again.

It was better than expected
