Good location. Ample space. Floors and common spaces clean. 3 of 4 beds were not usable. 2 of 3 of us slept on couches. No can opener. A number of glasses and some cutlery with crusted food deposits. Only decorative coffe cuos. Needs larger skillets. Plummbibd an AC venting issues.

Great location, home felt safe, secure and provided our week stay in Lake Charles for our Regional Convention a home like feeling. Loaded with everything we needed ....plenty of room . Look forward to staying next year

Overall easy stay at this house ! We brought extra towels just in case. Place was clean, except for the master bathroom shower. Recommend confirming with host if need to prep big meals as kitchen is stocked light. Would stay here again, especially since they are pet friendly!

Our stay was pleasant. Owner was very responsive & timely. Only half of our guest ended up showing up, which was a blessing in disguise. It’s listing states it accommodates 12 and that there are futons, which is not the case. There are 3 full size beds (6 guest) 2 twin size beds (2guest) two couches (2 guest) and two loungers (2 small people , but the loungers would not have been acceptable for adult travelers). I would say it comfortably accommodates 8 and has the potential to sleep 10 if you’re OK sleeping on a couch. The overall cleanliness was fine. There was some sticky spots in the master bedroom beside the bed and water bottle under the bed (was only found while looking for outlet). Cleaning could’ve been a little more thorough but not horrible. Very spacious we would stay again!!

I’ve never stayed in a VRBO such as this one. Usually they provide coffee & at least enough toilet paper for 5 adults. 2 rolls with 4 women is not adequate. We were literally walking out the door 5 minutes after check out when we checked in 4 hours later than what we paid for & they were texting saying the cleaning lady was waiting l. Nothing for her to clean. I’m very disappointed & strongly urge anyone to reconsider booking here. I am removing VRBO App & will not book through this site again

My family and I (5 total) enjoyed our six day stay here. This is a nice size house. The property was clean and well maintained. The beds were not the most comfortable, but it did not take away from the overall experience. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for getting ready for our son's wedding. My mother-n-law came with us to help out with the wedding. This house has a private bed/bath and living area on one end of the house, so it was perfect for her. We were so glad that she could have her privacy. Also my son's finance's family was in the same neighborhood where we could meet.

Our high school baseball team traveled to Sulphur from the New Orleans area to play in the playoffs so a group of parents rented the house for a night. It was definitely spacious enough for 4 couples, however, the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. If we would have had to stay more than one night it would definitely have not been acceptable. Also there were not enough towels to accommodate the amount of people we had, and the ones hanging on the rack were dirty. Luckily a few of us brought our own towels.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and stocked with useful items like hand soap, dish soap and laundry soap. The decor was cute and the place was represented well in the pictures. The property manager was nice and responded quickly to messages. The only reason I wouldn’t give this spot 5 stars overall is because of the beds. All of the beds were extremely uncomfortable except for the twin-trundle bed. It would also be nice if the back yard was fenced for pets but the yard was big and well kept. Overall we were happy with our stay, just wished we’d had more comfortable sleep.

The house decorations were very cute and the house layout is great! The master has its own little living room. My kids were very comfortable and each bedroom had its own tv. The kitchen has a wonderful gas stove to cook on, but the house is located very close to a lot of good restaurants, if you don't feel like cooking. We would definitely rent this home again.

We usually stay in hotels when we come visit my friends in Sulphur but decided to rent this house this time and we are so happy we did. I have one complaint.. the beds are very uncomfortable. My suggestion.. $30-50 mattress toppers from Walmart. Other than that, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

This a lovely spacious home. However I agree with another review that said the beds are uncomfortable I think 3 of the 4 bedrooms were complained about, however aside from that this place was amazing and it didn’t feel like the 9 of us were on top of each other. Overall I would stay here again.

Very nice property, property manager was very helpful and easy to deal with. House was very clean in a nice neighborhood. We only had one complaint the beds are very uncomfortable. We actually chose to sleep on the couch and air mattress instead of beds.

Easy check in and out. Really large kitchen was nice to cook in! The bedrooms are as described, and the bathrooms were updated and clean. All in all, we would definitely stay here again next time we are in Sulphur!

The property was very clean and there was so much space in the living room and master suite! I really appreciated the extra toilet paper and trash bags provided as it was really convenient. I brought my own, just in case but they weren't needed. Enjoyed having a TV in each room so everyone could relax on their own as needed. Any questions I had were answered with lightening speed! We enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.

Every time I messaged the property owner, he got back to me as soon as possible. We had a few issues, but nothing that would keep me from renting this property in the future. The house is clean, organized, and has a great setup. Great for families! Several restaurants within minutes of the house. If you're going to gamble, the casinos are minutes away and easy to get to

Totally recommend this house. Everything was just as described and shown in the pictures. We could see that the house was probably recently updated and alot of thought was put into the furnishings. The openness of the kitchen-living area was really nice. Everything worked, not one issue. Mike was wonderful and very responsive to all our questions and requests.

The owners at this property are very quick to respond. As soon as I hit send I’ve pretty much got an immediate response. The house is really big, comfortable and allow pets! Pets is a bonus. The house was only 10 mins away from the casino as we celebrated my husbands 50th birthday. They have all the things you need as if you were in your own home. It’s in a very quite neighborhood. People drive by and wave. TVs in every room, ac worked perfect. You would feel safe and definitely enjoy this house more so for big families. Thank you for hosting this home!
