Bueno, bonito y barato

la ubicación es excelente, justo en pleno centro. Las chicas son muy amables y estaba todo super recogido y ordenado siempre. la única pega es que no tenia cocina y al caminar el suelo sonaba bastante. recomendado 100% volvere sin duda!!!

es una zona complicada para encontrar aparcamiento. no disponen de cocina en el alojamiento.

Muy limpio, cómodo y en el corazón de Santa Cruz. Perfecta calidad-precio.

Todo estaba muy limpio, impecable, rozando la perfección. Todo funcionaba bien. La persona que gestiona el alojamiento era muy agradable. La habitación disponía de espejo y lavabo, armario con perchas enchufes cerca de la cama. Aunque el WC y la ducha estaba fuera de la habitación y era compartido no suponía ningún problema. Al lado de la plaza Weyler.

No hay ascensor y hay que subir escaleras pero es razonable por el bajo precio.

Decent short stay

This pension is perfectly located in the center of Santa Cruz close to all the main streets. The lady who checked me in and I guess is responsible for the cleaning was very kind (even if she is not speaking any english) and if it wasn't her I would rate it lower.

I appreciate the fact that they gave me a room on the second floor as I asked but I was expecting it to have a balcony like the pictures. On the contrary only three rooms on the first floor have a balcony so make sure you will ask for them because the rest have limited natural light and are too small. Too much noise from the other guests and they should really built better doors for not listening everything that is happening outside your door. For one night it was ok but I wouldn't stay there more than two nights.

If nothing else is available its good enough, otherwise the price-value is borderline

The personal, despite not English skills, was nice and friendly.

There was only one long, very thin pillow for two people. The bed had a very cheap mattress with springs.

Una buenísima experiencia

May y su equipo siempre muy simpáticas! La ubicación es increíble y hay un parking para aparcar coches muy cerca y no demasiado caro (he pagado 15€ por 24 horas). Hay buenos restaurantes cerca y con muy buenos precios. Habitación sencilla pero suficiente para un viajero! Todo muy limpio!

Mi evaluación general seguramente sería 10, si no por la acustica del lugar. Desafortunadamente se oye todo de las otras habitaciones y los ruidos de todo en el pasillo. Yo tuve suerte de no haber tantos otros invitados, pero en la temporada alta, para personas más sensibles, esto puede ser un problema.

It was very very clean. The lady at the reception was really friendly. Beds were confortable and the location is top

We booked a private room but at the end it was “semiprivate “, as it was in a hall as other rooms with very thin walls and since there r no direct windows they just have a sort of opening from the top part of the wall into the hall. Because of that u hear everyone going into the share bathroom or waking or just taking. Not what expected, but for the prince I guess you can’t complain.

Gute Lage und Personal aber leider laut und nicht so angenehm!

Die Lage und das Personal waren sehr gut! Insgesamt war es sauber.

Man muss jedoch beachten, dass hier auch Gäste mit Kindern untergebracht werden, weshalb es abends manchmal sehr laut sein kann. Da für mich Ruhe eine wichtige Rolle spielt, war es leider nicht so angenehm. Das Bett war nicht besonders komfortabel.

Clean, tidy. A room with a terrace is the best.

They don't have a kitchen. They don't even have a kettle, so you can't make coffee or tea. And that is really missing. Let's say the space that is their "reception" would be ideal for a small kitchenette.

Good place for a short stay in the very center of Santa Cruz.

The location is definitely the selling point. The owner is very friendly, I wish I could speak spanish :)

Tight, steep staircase windowless room noisy doors difficult parking in the area.

I liked intown & walking distance to alot of the city

Really nice location with plenty of places to eat/drink nearby...clean pension & good bathroom shower/hot water ( it was rainy cool period & hot water appreciated))

Would have liked outside window or balcony, but as only one single room balcony, I had to make do with interior...still it's all good for economy
