Riecht unangehmen und kein Bad im Zimmer

Die Lage war sehr zentral

Im gesamten hostel hat es auf unterschiedliche weise unangenehm gerochen. Das Bad war nicht im zimmer, sondern man musste über den öffentlichen Flur laufen um ins Bad zu gehen. Augzug hat nicht immer funktioniert. Nicht nocheinmal!

Horrible

Sólo la ubicación.

Horrible todo. Nos quedamos en una habitación doble con baño. Lo del aire acondicionado no es normal, lo controlan desde recepción y cada vez que quieras regularlo tienes que ir a decírselo. Nosotros sólo estábamos en la habitación para dormir y el aire encendido 24 horas... Sin sentido. A parte estaba muy sucio y lleno de moho, salía un olor asqueroso... Desde que entras en la zona de las escaleras puedes ver el moho por todas las paredes y el olor a humedad es insoportable. La habitación apenas tiene luz. Las camas no eran muy cómodas, un poco hundidas. Las paredes son como si no existieran, a la 1 de la mañana sin poder dormir porque en la habitación de al lado estaban hablando y no estaban hablando alto, era normal, pero parecía que estaban en nuestra habitación. Cogimos este hostel por su valoración y para nada se corresponde con la realidad.

Nice place to have fun and meet new friends!

Great hostel in best location to go around the center of city. The staff was super and the bar had great atmosphere! Kitchen and common places super as well! Value for money!

Ottima Posizione

C'è stato qualche problema ma sono sempre stati sufficientemente elastici da porre rimedio in maniera rapida agli inconvenienti che si venivano a creare. Non specifico cosa sia successo, dico solo che ci tornerei. La posizione è comunque imbattibile ed è il punto forte. Sei su via XX settembre, ma contemporaneamente fuori dal marasma.

Un appunto, tra tutte le piccole facezie: la cucina non ha un equipaggiamento adeguato. Un esempio: non ci sono tazze. Se ti fai una tisana, te la devi fare in bicchieri di vetro! Ok, l'impressione è che siano "in allestimento". Quindi glielo perdoni...

Nice common areas but requires much more cleaning!

Very affordable and in nice localization. Quiet place with common kitchen and social areas, plenty of toilets and showers. Rooms open with pass code.

Dust, a lot of dust even in the bed behind your head. The room was pretty cold because of the AC. Very little light in the room, you get only small dim light by the doors and bed light. No table or desk in the room made organizing the luggage a chore on the floor. The bunk beds are so low it was difficult to get inside and have a sit.

Overall, my stay was really nice. Staff members were great. For solo travelers nice option

Staff and location was really nice. It’s 15 min walks from Genova Brignole (recommend to buy ticket to this station) on the first floor there is bar, you can buy there even breakfast, also there was a kitchen as well.

The door to the room was loud and toilet was outside. It was inconvenient every time to leave the room.

Recomendable por ubicación pero mejorable por ese precio (habitación privada para dos)

La cocina muy limpia y moderna, el personal muy agradable. La cama cómoda y limpia.

No había jabón ni en el lavabo ni en la ducha. En el baño había una toalla colgada de un huésped anterior. Tuvimos que pagar 5€ por persona por las toallas que no eran reembolsables. Por la noche había una fiesta en el bar del hotel y el ruido era excesivo, impidiendonos dormir bien.

Dim room and a bit uncomfortable bed but if you are staying short term, it is okay.

It's central and conveniently located.

It was a bit difficult to find. The room was dim and require more lighting. The bed dips.

Super Lage, nette Leute und top Preis Leistung. Außerdem sehr coole Bar im Hotel

Betten waren etwas niederig und das man für Handtücher Pfand zahlen musste

Carino ma da migliorare

Mi è piaciuto il servizio ristorazione, il deposito bagagli, la palestra, la cucina e la lavanderia .

Non mi sono piaciuti i servizi igienici sanitari. Per una camerata da 6 dovevamo condividere un water, un lavandino e una doccia che era in un'altra stanza. Il bidet è inesistente. È più comodo avere almeno un antibagno con diversi lavandini, in modo da non occupare il bagno per chi ha anche altre necessità! Dietro la porta del mio bagno c'era un cumulo di polvere e capelli tra l'altro.

Amei a localização, a limpeza, organização e conforto!! O fato de ter cortina nas beliches faz toda diferença! E a equipe de atendimento foi extremamente simpática e pró ativa!! Nota mil!!!

Idéal pour un voyage à gênes

lovely hostel with great location and friendly staff

The staff at the reception are very nice, they will tell you everything and show you everything, they also give you a map of the city. I liked that each room has its own toilet and shower room. everywhere was clean. Login using a code is very cool. Towels are provided as a deposit for 5 euros. Please note that you must either have a lock for the locker with you or buy it at the reception for 2 euros

Instead of a blanket, they give you a sheet, and by morning it becomes cold to sleep. It would be possible to add free products to the kitchen, like tea or coffee.

Breve ma funzionale.

Il bar, la posizione e la cena.

Struttura un po‘ rumorosa, ma per un ostello ci sta. Un armadio ci sarebbe stato. Pulizia molto basilare, ma tutto sommato accettabile.

Very good place to stay in Genova

Very nice staff, comfortable beds with curtains giving privacy, clean bathrooms and kitchen.

I missed a few accessories in the kitchen and a bigger fridge. The hostel also has a restaurant and it can be quite loud, since our window was directly over their beer garden. If you close the windows, it's okay.

The staff is really nice and helpful, and I appreciated that the beds have thick curtains, individual lights and space to store your personal belongings (both in the lockers and on a little shelf in the bed)! The showers are nice and spacious, however, a bit more storage space in the shower rooms would be great to put your toiletries bag etc.

The breakfast was a bit sad, very small cappuccino and the croissant tasted like it was days old :( And the laundry cost 5€, which is relatively pricey compared to other hostels in the region

To my dismay, the staff displayed a discourteous attitude and a complete lack of sympathy. Despite my unfortunate delay of two hours due to a strike in Italy, they were well aware of the situation and still callously charged me an exorbitant 15 euros for late check-in. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I was thoroughly disappointed by their lack of understanding and empathy. Besides, I encountered a disheartening experience with the cleaner as well. She entered my room without seeking permission, even while I was in the middle of sleeping. This intrusion into my privacy was deeply unsettling and left me feeling quite uncomfortable during my stay.

Superb

Super friendly and helpful stuff, really big room (booked double room with private bathroom), common kitchen, stable wifi.

Pillows could be a little bit more comfortable, the room was a little bit too dark, there could be more power sockets. Common kitchen seemed neglected a little bit - there were dirty dishes in the sink both after the evening cleaning and after the morning cleaning - but it's the problem of people not washing the dishes they have used, so it's a general problem of common kitchens. Didn't find any paper stickers to label the food (but had them with me, so not a problem). Anyway, good value for price.

The staff was really amazing! They are really happy to help and are very polite.

The beep on every button press is irritating and there is no way to turn off sos if accidentally pressed.
