I stayed with my spouse, we just needed a place to rest our heads at night. The room was small but that was known when booking. 2 other downsides: constant noise/ knocking from above all day/night. Room smelled like mild cigarette smoke every time we entered. I assume a neighboring unit contributed to that. Overall we still thought the stay was decent, and would come back depending on our budget. I wouldn’t park a car on the street in this neighborhood.

I stayed at Sonder for a week and a half and the process and vibes were wholesome, peaceful and seamless! No problems with the arrangements nor other customers. Room was easy to cool down and heat up, showers were powerful Just needs more toliet paper and soap access imo

My husband and I loved our stay at the Sonder! Instructions via app were simple. Our place was clean and had all the necessities. We will again book at the Sonder next time we visit our baby granddaughter! Thank you for our good experience at the Sonder!

Loved our time here!! Great location for walking. Close enough to transport we didn’t need to rent any car to get around. The pictures imply it is much larger than it is though. Very very small but great price for the location - exactly what We needed. Biggest piece of feedback is it needs some kind of microwave. There was not one in the room or the lobby anywhere, making it very difficult to make any meals or reheat leftovers to enjoy.

Even though it is listed on the VRBO website, this property is owned by another company called Sonder. If you are not going to make any changes or need any help, you will probably have a fine time. I did not. I booked 48 hours in advance of check in. I tried to cancel 36 hours in advance through sonder and vrbo. Vrbo/homeaway said I had to cancel through sonder. Sonder said vbro/homeaway. I contacted both after the check in date, and was told no refund was possible. Terrible customer service, hated the bait and switch of having to deal with a third party after booking through what I thought was a primary source. It also requires biometrics like a scan of your face and also a picture of your ID to check in. I found the whole experience invasive, unpleasant, and I also live in Seattle and can tell you that this location is on a constantly dirty street with zero street parking, tons of car break ins. It definitely must meet some need in the market, but it's not a nice place to stay.
