Çasa dos Ballotes II is a traditional stone house with a large wooden porch looking over the Ria de Arousa and the Barbanza mountain range. It's a house full of light, with large open spaces and decorated with antique furniture.
On the property´s 2000 m garden, bordered with hydrangeas hedge, you can find mallow, lavender and other herbs as well as several varieties of fruit and ornamental trees. At dusk you can sit on the spacious porch and watch the spectacular sunsets over the Ria.
The house is located in a quiet rural area, a 5 minute walk from the woods and at the same distance from the town centre, the promenade and the beach. It is 300 meters from Casa dos Ballotes I, the other house we rent.
The house has 5 double bedrooms with a bathroom each; 4 of the 5 bedrooms have one King size bed and 1 bedroom has two individual beds. There are 5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, playroom (200m2), free wi-fi, a large living room with fireplace and a spacious communicated dining room with a large porch where there is a stunning view of the bay.

The house is beautiful. Well appointed with modern appliances, nice furniture, very comfortable beds. The patio overlooks an estuary. Very nice views. It's a recent build so everything is basically new. The surrounding area is dotted with small farms and vineyards.
The hostess was quick to respond to our questions which were just about operating the appliances.
The patio is to die for when watching the sun set over the horizon. Park nearby, and can walk to a cafe to the bottom of the hill.

A parte de la construcción cálida y acogedora y con el más puro ambiente rural y llena de sabor gallego, el entorno, las vistas y la amplitud de sus estancias se quedan minimizadas por el extraordinario trato personal de su propietaria. Abril 2022. Un grupo familiar de cinco personas, pasamos unos días estupendos en esta magnífica casa, con amplias y cómodas habitaciones con baño, muy bien equipada, muy limpia y bien decorada y cuidada, con unas viatas excelentes, especialmente en loa atardeceres.

Casa de ensueño en las rías baixas
Excelente casa para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en el corazón de las rías bajas. Todo perfecto: decoración, limpieza, equipamiento, espacios amplios,zona de juegos....y especialmente un precioso jardín con vistas espectaculares en el que disfrutamos de atardeceres mágicos.
El entorno es ideal para dar largos paseos o caminar hasta las playas cercanas y el pueblo dispone de todo tipo de restaurantes , comercios a los que se puede ir andando desde la casa.
Mención especial a la anfitriona Dori. Nos facilitó muchísima información y recomendaciones sobre la zona , procurando en todo momento que nuestra estancia fuera lo más agradable posible.
Pasamos unas vacaciones inolvidables ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Nous avons réservé la casa de los ballotes pour une semaine et avons été pleinement satisfaits de cet hébergement spacieux,confortable et très bien équipé jouissant d’une vue superbe sur la ria.
La qualité du logement n’a d’égale que celle de l’accueil attentionné chaleureux et efficace de Dori qui vous expose avec compétence les attraits de sa région.

Hemos estado de vacaciones familiares una semana en esta maravillosa casa y ha sido sencillamente ESPECTACULAR.
Al llegar descubres que las fotos no hacen justicia a esta preciosa casa. Tienes todo lo que necesitas dentro de casa y en el jardín, las vistas son divinas. La zona tranquila para poder desconectar. Además el pueblo (RIANXO) es encantador y tiene muchísimos servicios, se puede llegar a pie sin problemas y hay de todo.
La limpieza genial, las sábanas, los sofás, las mantitas para la hora de la siesta.... huelen "a cielo"
Dori, la dueña, es un amor...amable, atenta, buena conocedora de su tierra y te aconseja genial sobre lo que puedes ver en tu estancia, nunca había visto a un anfitriona que realice su trabajo con semejante exquisitez, leyendo los comentarios parece que exageramos, pero, cuando la conozcáis veréis que no es así..mil gracias por todas las atenciones que has tenido con nosotros. Volveremos a vernos.
Por mencionar alguna cosilla a mejorar, algún colchón que se podría renovar, pero, aún así se descansa de 10. Escoger "Casa Dos Ballotes II" para tus vacaciones es un acierto seguro.

Casa encantadora
La propietaria encantadora, servicial y muy atenta con nosotros, un diez para ella.
Pero vamos a la casa que es lo que interesa.
La casa muy limpia y en perfecto estado de revista.
Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, todas con cuarto de baño completo. Las camas son cómodas y estan en buen estado.
El salon amplio y con espacio suficiente para todos. Una gran mesa comedor (aunque nosotros no la usamos puesto que usamos una del porche aprovechando el buen tiempo).
Dos sofas (3+2) y dos sillones individuales completan el mobiliario del salon, suficiente para los que ibamos.
La cocina muy completa, con menaje suficiente para la capacidad de la casa y en buen estado de uso (muchas casa tienen las sartenes que da miedo verlas...).
La planta sotano de la casa con juego para pasar el rato, un buen acierto. Tiene barbacoa aunque no la hemos llegado a usar.
Gran jardin y mejores vistas a la ria.
Es una casa encantadora y que queda en la agenda para una posible vuelta a la zona.

Una experiencia para repetir, ENCANTADOS es poco!!
Hemos estado un grupo de amigos y nuestra experiencia ha sido Estupenda!! Viajabamos amigos con 5 niños con edades entre 12 y 2 años y todos han vuelto encantados!
La casa preciosa y equipada con todo lo necesario para satisfacer las necesidades del día a día! Las habitaciones amplias cada uno con baño propio equipadas con todo lo necesario hasta con secador con difusor jeje el tema difusor fue una grata sorpresa para mí.
Las zonas comunes amplias y agradables!! La zona de comida un 10 todo un lujo poder desayunar, comer y cenar con esas vistas!
El amplio porche del que dispone hace super agradable la estancia pudiendo disfrutar de las vistas a la ría!
La finca totalmente acondicionada y vallada en su totalidad es un plus a la hora de viajar con niños y que puedan disfrutar a sus anchas en la misma, ya que proporciona mucha tranquilidad.
La zona de juegos cubierta es genial para aprovechar las noches o incluso si el día no acompaña alli puedes disfrutar con todos los juegos y entretenimientos de que dispone tanto para mayores como para pequeños!
Situación de 10! alejada lo suficiente para estar tranquilo pero a la vez en 10m paseando en el centro del pueblo el cual dispone de todos los servicios y 2 amplios parques para que los niños jueguen!
Tambien con situación geográfica genial ya que todo queda cerca, ezaro, pontevedra, portonovo, etc..
Y por último destacar a su anfitriona DORI, un 10 como anfitriona por su atención y recepción, por estar pdte de nosotros cada día por si necesitabamos algo o nos podía ayudar, también conoce la zona y alrededores estupendamente y te puede ayudar en todo lo necesario sobre visitas y rutas a realizar, ha sido encantadora y un placer encontrarnos con ella y dar con su casa!!
Sin duda nos ha quedado un gran sabor de boca y esperamos repetir experiencia pronto a poder ser!!

TOP SPOT-the real Galicia!
This property makes the ideal holiday home for visiting this particular area of Spain. It is clean , spacious, comfortable, and manages superbly the balance between modern facilities and furnishings, while providing the traditional atmosphere of a Spanish home. All the bedroom linen, bathroom towels, kitchen , bathrooms , bedrooms, etc were totally clean and immaculate. This is an ideal location, if you like an unspoilt uncommercialised , yet stunning and beautiful area of Spain. Perfectly situated within a few minutes drive to the most beautiful and unspoilt (and free) beaches, is also only 40 minutes easy driving from Santiago, both great for sightseeing and access to the airport. Our host was always most helpful giving us firsthand advice on all the places to visit, and surprised us with a pot of massive fresh locally caught mussels, already prepared to a traditional recipe, and ready to cook! A great house for a family holiday, I can only strongly recommend this location for any body looking a trouble free home from home experience.

Magnifica casa
Estuvimos una semana de agosto en esta bonita casa en Rianxo. Muy cerca del pueblo para poder llegar al centro caminando y muchas posibilidades para pasear, correr, etc. y a pocos kilómetros de impresionantes playas.
Casa muy cómoda y bien equipada con amplio y cuidado jardín, con espectaculares vistas a la ría desde el porche y una sala de juegos muy grande con billar, ping pong, futbolín, etc. y barbacoa interior.
Muy interesantes las propuestas de Dori para conocer Rianxo, donde comer, donde comprar, qué hacer… disponible para ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos.

La casa rural mejor equipada que nos hemos encontrado en años, incluida una calefacción excelente teniendo en cuenta las fechas (puente de la constitución).

Casa dos Ballotes II
Esta casa goza de una inmejorable ubicación. A 30 minutos del Castro de Baroña, a 20 de Padrón o de Catoira, a 45 de Santiago o de Pontevedra, es un lugar perfecto para realizar excursiones.
La casa tiene unos equipamientos excelentes, habitaciones personalizadas, un cómodo salón y un sótano transformado en gran sala de juegos con billar, futbolín, dardos, ping-pong. Con todo, su gran joya es el porche, donde podéis dejar que el tiempo se deslice charlando o leyendo o simplemente contemplando cómo cambian las mareas de la Ría de Arousa.
Y, finalmente, lo que confiere a la casa de un carácter único es la hospitalidad de Dori. Nunca nos hemos sentimos más cuidados ni mejor tratados.
En suma, un lugar magnífico para pasar un puente largo o unos días de vacaciones.

FANTÁSTICA CASA
Esta casa es estupenda!!! Tiene de todo, es preciosa y está pensada para disfrutar dentro y fuera de ella.Cuatro habitaciones dobles grandes y espaciosas con baño propia cada una, secador en todos los baños, una cocina de lo más completa, una sala de juegos con barbacoa interior de lujo, un porche cómodo con vistas a la ría y un jardín graaaande donde las hortensias te dan los buenos días.
Hemos estado una semana, dos matrimonios con tres chicos, durante la primera semana de agosto y ha sido un gusto!!!!
Dori, la propietaria es un encanto. Te explica todo lo bueno de alrededor (que es mucho) y está disponible para cualquier cosa.
Sin duda, súper-casa para recomendar.

Hemos pasado el puente de la Constitución en esta casa y hemos estado muy a gusto. Han sido pocos días y los hemos aprovechado para visitar la zona pero el tiempo que hemos estado en la casa ha sido muy agradable. La recomiendo sin duda.

Es La segunda vez que vamos, La casa preciosa. Limpia, acogedora, llena de detalles.
Los niños y ya no tan niños, disfrutaron un montón Y que decir de Dori, una anfitriona encantadora, familiar.
La recomiendo a todo aquel que quiera estar unos días de relax, disfrutando no solo de la casa, sino del paisaje, de Rianxo y de la ría de Arousa.
Y como novedad, ya que hace 3 años que habíamos estado no lo tenía, 200 m2 de sala de juegos!!

Semana inmejorable
Tras la vuelta en esta magnífica casa de Rianxo, solo puedo comentar que es mucho mejor de lo que realmente se observa en las fotos. Eramos 3 parejas con 3 niños y hemos disfrutado de la gran amplitud de la casa, del inmenso jardín, de las vistas inmejorables desde el porche (no os podéis perder la puesta del sol con la ría enfrente).
En menos de 10 min. llegas al centro de Rianxo andando. Queremos agradecer la atención recibida por Dori y su disponibilidad para cualquier necesidad. Esperamos volver pronto.
