It was a nice little boutique feeling hotel with terrific food and amenities.

Such a cute and fun hotel to stay at. Everyone was so friendly. If you want the ‘Palm Springs’ feel this is your hotel.

This property is tucked away in a residential enclave. It was once Elizabeth Arden compound now converted into a beautiful hotel. There’s a great bar and restaurant on site so you can do all of your relaxation in one place. Highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at the Paloma Hotel and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making my check-in smooth and welcoming. Communication was top-notch, which really added to the overall positive vibe.
The property itself is beautifully decorated with a fun and vibrant ambiance. It was pleasantly quiet during my visit, allowing me to fully enjoy the hot tub and pool all to myself—what a treat!
One of the highlights was enjoying the Paloma cocktail at the bar for just $7—a rare find in California! It was delicious, and the atmosphere at the bar was relaxed and inviting.
Overall, the combination of friendly staff, great amenities, and a peaceful environment made my stay truly special. I can’t wait to return!

The Paloma is such a cute little resort tucked away in a neighborhood. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I arrived in town late at night but was able to contact someone to get in my room. The resort is so charming and fun. The pool bar was great, I recommend the truffle fries…so yummy! I would definitely stay again.

The Paloma was beautiful and peaceful. Definitely will be back. Highly recommend that everyone makes plans to stay at this resort.

To Start they charge $40. Resort fee (for what?)
The room had a split a/c unit and it never got cool.
I will never stay there again

Property is very cute. The website says adults only and it is NOT adults only. It has a gym, spa and restaurant. There was an issue with AC in the room of my friend and in the Cabana area we reserved by the pool for 10 girls. It was a bummer since we paid $500 plus a $250 fee for food/beverage in order to have that area reserved. The hotel sent a technician who told us it was that the sliding doors that were open, when in fact, that was not true. We opened them since it was 110F and inside it felt like we were outside! The AC was absolutely not working and we did not get any amount prorated. Besides that, our room was wonderful with a living room, TV, fridge, sink etc. Would return but would not pay for cabana at the pool. It is about 10 min away via car to downtown Palms Springs.

I got the most expensive room the premier room. And the showers had mold in it. Mold like that doesn’t happen after one missed cleaning. Not that there should have been any missed cleanings but there was mold around the drain. On the floor of the shower. And the trim. Luckily we checked in at 5pm and was just there to sleep really because we were out and about to enjoy Palm Springs. Also, when we were at the bar at the pool the white bartender was racist towards my Mexican friends and I heard another guy also complaining and telling my friends he will never go back to there because he said she was racist towards him as well. He said he gave over $200 in tips and spent a lot of money and has an American Express card but just because he was Hispanic he was treated unfairly. I am white so I did not experience this racism but my friends I went with were very upset. I know the general manager I spoke with was very rude and disrespectful on the phone. He had an attitude instead of trying to be compassionate and diffusing the situation on the phone he said I can leave and he’ll refund me otherwise he won’t do anything except put me in another room. But to me it was an inconvenience since I had already showered and we were already going to be out and about so there was no point we just needed a place to sleep. So instead of trying to be compassionate he was rude. like the racism my friends experienced. The only nice person I did encounter was the front desk girl.

Comfortable room, Ariana at the front desk was great. So was the bartender at the pool!

This was our second time staying and we’ll be back again soon. Beautiful property, we love the rooms and the pool. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.

Floors were sticky. Scum on the bathroom cabinet doors. 1 out of 3 of the staff were pleasant to deal with. Friendly girl. 2 guys were whatever. One likes to over speak customers and rush you through inquires, other doesn't seem to happy to be there. All these things could step up a bit and make the place worth the looks of it. Esthetics were good all around. Don't let the staff attitude bring down the quality of what a nice job was done with the property

The only downfall is that our room wasn’t ready on time, but they took care of us with some free drinks while we waited, great customer service at the front desk and the bartenders as well, we definitely be back again.

They didn’t have an extra blanket for us but otherwise a good stay.

Not worth the price to stay there. I got in at 6pm and my room was still not ready for me to stay. The room, once cleaned, still had spoiled ice cream on the patio floor. The bed was uncomfortable as well. I was disappointed in the experience. Also, if you want a quieter stay, this is not the place to do. Loads of children were in the pool the whole time.

The carpets were motel level dirty. Didn't want to talk around barefoot. One of my towels had a big brown stain on it. The furniture is hip looking but very cheap.
Then the noise. Wow, imagine having a personal DJ in your bed. They have a pool DJ, which, I guess that's on me for not being more thorough in discovering that, but on Saturday the DJ was so loud that things in my room were vibrating. And all the rooms are right off the pool. A nap is not a possibility here. Come here for an all day rager. They shouldn't call this a "spa" at all. Yes it has spa services, but this is not the place to relax in the desert. Also early morning kids screaming running around, and on my final day, construction at 6:30am.
All that said it was about as cheap as a motel, but admittedly one level up in quality (minus the carpet and towel). Roll the dice.

A beautiful, quaint and modern design property. Very detailed, easy, fun and relaxing. The pool and DJ were amazing. Great DJ music, great food, and great value. The room was also nicely designed, modern, fun and quiet. The only thing I wished was being able to experience the restaurant which looked great. However, it’s closed on Sunday and Monday, which were the days of my stay. Otherwise, everything was great!

Rude and apathetic service staff. Wrongfully charged my account with someone else's orders.

Unable to rest due to loud partying until 3 am. The room was very cute and clean but the walls are paper thin so had to listen to the neighboring occupants talk and have sex all night. The pool was cloudy and disgusting there we loud raunchy drunk guests in the pool with open sores on their skin. My friend left feeling ill after getting in the pool. The staff were nice and accommodating tho but I would never stay there again.

Service Excellence. A/C was on the fritz. They offered to move us. I was too tired. Otherwise, everything was wonderful

Absolutely loved our stay at The Paloma! They had to reschedule our dinner reservation, but Kim was amazing and very accommodating & made sure we could be scheduled for a different time. She even gave us a $50 gift card to use towards our dinner. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood that’s pretty close to downtown Palm Springs. Everything was great & the only thing we noticed was that our room wasn’t the cleanest. Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend staying here for a little vacation in Palm Springs!

We stayed at Paloma resort for the weekend. While the pool ambiance was fun, the rooms were very dirty. We had hair in the bathroom and in sheets. Seems the rooms were not cleaned properly prior to arrival. We didn’t even check-in early. When we called front desk, they mentioned that their cleaning staff left for the day and they were understaffed at the moment. While the staff tried to remedy the situation, they had us moving to different rooms and wanted us to pay extra for the room change when the room was subpar. In the system the room wasn’t marked as occupied so the next morning one of the staff members walked in as we were getting ready. I was disappointed with the experience and expected much more for the price of the resort.

Beautiful little hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Lovely clean shower. Nice little sitting area outside our suite. Quiet and cute. I would go back.
