We had an amazing stay. The pool was just the right size for a dip with an amazing view of Morne Rouge bay (BBC beach). Fabulous dock to sunbathe on or to sit and have drinks on. The staff were amazing snd so friendly. Its in a perfect position, walkable to Grand Anse and BBC beach. The room was modern, clean and spacious with a kitchenette and seating area. We had a large terrace with sweeping views over the bay. We virtually had the property to ourselves and felt truly pampered

I loved my stay at Villa Kaya! The best part of the stay was the awesome staff led by Mia ! Next is the well-appointed rooms, no view is bad! The views of the caribbean sea are unspoilt and fab! I will stay here again without hesitation! I loved my room. For transportation I had an uber-style service which was fast, safe and reasonable! I walked to the market to get my groceries and made my meals when I chose to. Breakfast is provided by a friendly staff. You wont regret staying at Villa Kaya! If views ,laid-back, authentic experience with close distance to the carribean sea are top of your list, look no further. BOOK THIS!

Villa Kaya is gorgeous, super clean, very stylish. Stayed in SeaShell Villa10 nights. Staff including Agatha at breakfast and her staff, gardener so pleasant, the cleaning crew, everyone was so caring and friendly. Mia, the manager is wonderful, on hand and responds very quickly to any needs, as does owner. The breakfast was more diverse and yummy than we thought it would be. Nice to share big table and conversation with very nice guests.
The villa is gorgeous, modern, furniture super comfortable, and we could have hung on that deck for weeks! Stunning views of the beach and the glorious sea. It's fun to be able to swim or paddle board from the lower deck. Sea conditions were not always on our side, so snorkeling there wasn't worth it but with less cloudiness it could be interesting. 2 min walk to beach. Kaya has 4 parking spots. We ate mostly at Savvy's at Cinnamon which is walkable though we drove. 2 restaurants on Morne Rouge Beach were not good. In fact, by no fault of the Villa Kaya, La Plywood bar on beach gave us some grief with constant loud base booming (sometimes all day), sometimes just at night. Beware, best to go out Saturday night somewhere else if you don't want to have to listen to house music (not Caribbean music) blaring from Plywood. Owner is trying to do something about it.
Other than that, Villa Kaya is a winner all around. Beautiful, so well situated, relaxed, quiet at the actual resort, and worth the money. We loved it. Thanks.

Villa Kaya surpassed my expectations in all ramifications. They call you as soon as you get off the plane and help you navigate your way to the property. The villas are equipped with new and very neat hard and soft furnishing. The service was so personal, I immediately felt like I was home. Location is great, Mia and her team were very welcoming and breakfast entirely spot on.
This three day vacation was so nice, I promised myself I will be back to Villa Kaya. It’s highly recommended by this finicky world traveler.

Contemporary, tranquil, private oasis overlooking Morne Rouge (BBC beach). Mia and her team were very welcoming and the small scale of the well maintained resort was perfect for a relaxing getaway perched on one of the best swimming beaches in Grenada.

The host are kind and considerate. The space is clean and close to the beach.
Breakfast is included, a tray filled with options.
I was to transfer to another hotel, the host allowed me to stay past “normal check out” which accommodated my check in for the other hotel.
Car rental is suggested if you want to explore the island.
Grenada has their Uber like app which I used to get around.
The property is beautiful and well kept. It rivals the higher priced resorts on the island.

Met the owners and they were awesome. Everyone was friendly from the natives to the owners and staff. The staff was accommodating even checking on me during a holiday weekend. Plus the property was just as the pictures showed on Expedia BEAUTIFUL! It was quiet and the BBC Beach was not at all crowded and a great recommendation to relax and unwind. I truly enjoyed myself and will be back to visit.

A fantastic place! I'm not sure how to write this without sounding hyperbolic, but it was truly a perfect experience. The property is small and offered a ton of privacy - we had the pool and the ocean all to ourselves. The room felt new and had everything we needed, and a lot of extra thoughtful touches - Private outdoor area in the shade was a big plus. The staff is friendly and helpful, and truly had our best experience in mind. My favorite thing was watching the turtles swim around the bay each morning.

We were amazed what they've done with the thoughtful use of land and elevations. Everything is new and modern. The pictures are accurate, it's quite lovely and just a short stroll from one of the islands best beaches.
The owner was present daily and was a friendly host and a willing source of great tips to enhance our stay. We'd very much recommend Villa Kaya and would consider staying there again. Excellent over all value.

Despite traveling quite a bit, I rarely leave reviews for hotels. I don’t because most times where we stay generally blends into the background. However, Villa Kaya was so impressive, I made it a point to come home and write a review to let everyone know just how special a place it really is.
Typically, I find photographs of hotels are never quite as nice as the real thing. In this case, I’m not sure the photographs do it justice. The view of the bay is stunning from any angle and the grounds are so well-thought out and meticulously planned, it makes even a lazy vacationer stop and appreciate it. As it is terraced, you get different views depending on where you are, but you know you are on a tropical island no matter where you look.
Our room was spotless, modern and had everything one would need. The pool was perfect for a quick dip and literally steps away from the bay where you can wade to the beach or take their kayak/paddleboards. Breakfast was simple, local and fresh. It was arguably our favorite meal every day. Perhaps the best part of breakfast was a chance to talk to the owner about himself and the island. He is a great resource for steering you in the right direction for things to do, but laid back enough to let you make your own way.
It isn’t the biggest or most expensive resort , but I would put it up against of them. If you want to get out and experience Grenada’s natural beauty while having a perfect home base to do it, I could not recommend it enough

Villa Kaya was absolutely amazing. Both my room and the whole property provided a top-tier, luxury experience. And the view is beyond beautiful; I still can't get over it. The location is really private so if you're looking for a peaceful, but still high-end modern retreat, this is the place to go. The only thing I would've liked was a "do not disturb" hanger for the door, just to let room service know that I didn't need towels without them having to knock. Everything else was pure perfection.

Villa Kaya was the perfect choice for our week in Grenada. The property is beautiful, and each piece feels brand-new and thoughtfully designed, from the pool with the semi-submerged lounge chairs, to the overwater deck that gives you access to the sea directly from the hotel, to the greenery and sight lines, the communal space, breakfast area, etc. It feels intimate without feeling isolated.
The rooms are spacious, modern and well-appointed, with a kitchenette and private deck space.
The location is terrific — just a two-minute walk from Mourne Rouge (BBC) Beach and a 5-10 minute walk from Grand Anse, with lots of great local restaurants within walking distance, or a short drive away.
Craig and his team made us feel incredibly welcome and were great resources for things to do and places to eat around the island.
Run — don't walk! You will be as glad as we were that we chose to stay here.

We are still dreaming of our stay at Villa Kaya. It was a stunning property with beautiful views and comfortable/spacious suites. The property was located around the corner from BBC Beach and La Plywood Beach Bar Cafe. Grand Anse Beach and several other restaurants were in also in walking distance. Villa Kaya offered complimentary Wi-Fi (which worked great), breakfast (we miss the fresh, local avocados every morning), paddleboarding and snorkel gear. Our bathroom had a rain shower head with lots of hot water. We were welcomed upon arrival and given a tour of the property, the staff were very kind throughout our stay. While other couples were staying at the property, we usually felt like we had the place all to ourselves. Villa Kaya was a lovely place to watch sunsets. We hope to return in the future!

We loved our time at Villa Kaya, it was perfect for relaxing and it felt like a little oasis! Everything about the property is on point - the natural design, landscaping, and the thoughtful common areas etc. Our room was spacious with a comfortable living area and bed, and the view of the water and hills was spectacular. The property is also well located (short walking distance to both BBC and Grande Anse beach) and parking is available. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, and included some local foods which we loved. The owners and staff are all very friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.
