About this house rental
Start the day with a cup of coffee or tea in the adirondack chairs on the deck overlooking the lake. During the day, enjoy the outdoors with over 300 feet of lakefront with a dock and a pergola just a few feet away with seating. Tour the lake in the provided canoes or kayaks, play cornhole in the large flat section of the backyard. Take advantage of access to the amenities at the Hideout-two sandy beaches, two outdoor pools, a marina for launching your own motorized watercraft (registration required), golf course, ski hill and more. On rainy days, watch a movie or play pool in the basement. Eat on the screened-in porch with gorgeous views. Drink an evening beverage in the rocking chairs on the deck as the sun sets over the lake. Roast some marshmallows in the firepit after the sun goes down.
You could fill your days at the house or in the community but there is also plenty to do within a 15 minute driving distance. Hike in Lacawac Sanctuary, visit the animals at Claws N Paws or The Safari Farm Petting Zoo. Have an authentic German meal at Nurnberger Bierhaus or sample cider/wine while the kids play on a firetruck playground at Ritters Winery and Cidery. Sample the beers brewed at the Wallenpaupek Brewing Company.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LAKE WILL BE DRAWN DOWN ON OCTOBER 17TH AND THE WATER LEVEL WILL BE LOWERED.

This property was perfect for our family.
Very nice community with amenities, spacious house, great lake access from dock and land ( especially for the little ones). We loved sitting out under the pergola at all times of the day.
Just a wonderful place. And Stephanie was so nice to work with. Very responsive.

Property was exactly as pictured and described.although we traveled with q infant and 2 toddlers, it would also be gge perfect place for teenagers. Plenty of room to spread out and have uour own space. Kitchen and pantry were very well stocked. Everything you could want. Even firewood was provided. Great stay!

Great time, perfect weather, beautiful house, plenty of room for two families with lake access and a very secluded feeling. We will definitely book again in the future.

This property was amazing from the time we drove up the driveway. It had everything we needed and more. It was perfect for 3 generations to stay there. The ping pong and pool table were in use any time we were not outside. Amazing access to the lake from your back door with steps that let you easily get into the lake. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We had an absolute ball floating around and fishing in the lake all day. The amenities of the resort are very nice as well.
We are definitely planning to stay here again!
Thank you Stephanie for an amazing stay!

Great location. Nice layout that works for all types of weather. The entire family enjoyed all the amenities and lake access. Fishing was excellent. Watching the eagle was one of our favorite pass times. We even spotted, what we believed,
was a mink. Our only complaint would be the indoor lighting, it could have been a little brighter and maybe have identifiers on some of the multi swich plates. Overall we would recommend this lovely lake front retreat.

The cabin was great. Layout of the cabin gave our family space to be together, and also let our teenaged kids and their friends have room to do their own thing. The outside space down by the dock was a lovely place to be, even with the frozen lake. We enjoyed our quick New Year's getaway!

Held up to the elements very well. Space for everyone. Beautiful sunset views. Kitchen was full of supplies. Plenty of space for kids; two bunk beds.

I have stayed in over 8-10 rental properties over the years. This house was probably the best all around house I have ever rented. There has been no expense spared in the furnishings and appointments of this house. The furniture is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything one needs (even sharp knives), the beds were quite good., there are several tv's available and a pool table for use. The house itself is laid out nicely and it's location on the lake and the property itself are top notch. It's a really a beautiful setting well worth the price. There is a large stone outdoor fire pit with boulders for seating, a nice size dock to put in the canoes and kayaks that are available, and comfortable outdoor seating and lighting next to that area under a pergola. It is all very relaxing with a beautiful view.
It was very quiet and peaceful but, to note, we were there in mid October.
I would have given this house a 5 star rating without a doubt if it weren't for some items in the kitchen and bathrooms that could have been a bit cleaner.
One, otherwise, can't go wrong with this choice.

We absolutely loved this property! The home is beautiful with plenty of space. The kids loved the lower level bunk room and living room. Gorgeous views of the lake from the living areas and some of the bedrooms. The deck with rockers and covered deck with dining table were awesome, although we didn’t spend as much time out there as we would have liked because it was cold. The lake is the star of the show. The flagstone patio with steps down into the lake, the dock, the pergola with comfy furniture - it’s all incredibly gorgeous and perfect for families. We used the kayaks to go across the lake to the beach - so fun. We also floated on the huge tubes even though it was 60 degrees. The kids loved it! We also made fires each night in the beautiful fire pit. The community is great too. Pools weren’t open this time of year, but we went to the playgrounds and checked out the golf course, beaches and tennis courts. There’s also a ski hill, game room, fitness center, and activities. Loved it and would absolutely stay again when it’s warmer!

We had a great time staying here with our 3 littles.. plenty of sleeping room. The pool table and shuffleboard were hits with the kids. I even got to canoe with my daughter for the first time and the owner made everything easy to access and available. The location is too notch, you can’t beat it. Can’t wait to rent again in the future

The house is GORGEOUS! It’s so spacious, clean, has everything you need and even more for the stay. Sheets were soft and clean which is very important for me. Kitchen had a lot of extra paper towels and clean water which was more then enough for all guests.
The view from the deck took our breath away. We went fishing, kayaking, enjoyed the views from the lake.
The host was extremely friendly, responded quickly and solved the issues immediately.
We didn’t even had time to enjoy the rest the community has to offer because we had so much fun in and around the house!
Thank you and will be back for sure!
