Spotlessly clean
Lots and lots of stairs..difficult for elderly relative to get around. Inside house was beautiful..outside less so. The house is on a rundown council estate.

The house was spotless and tastefully decorated.
It was over 4 floors, so everyone had lots of space and privacy.
Everything you needed was there.
Good parking space
Train station near by
Some people may be put of by location (housing estate) but we weren't. It was real value for money. Will book again

Lovely house, great location near motorway.
The bedrooms could have benefitted from curtains or blackout blinds. The blinds let a lot of light through.

Fabulously spacious & clean, toilet roll provided and general cleaning products. Hot shower, bath (we only used the one bathroom), husband liked the tv with the remote that you can talk to.
Bath floor towels would have been useful.
Chopping boards and a few more utensils in the kitchen also. There were a couple of small wooden boards which we used to chop veg on but a raw meat board would have been used and a cafetière. Also a hairdryer, although this may have been present just not in the top double bedroom.
Also worth noting the memory foam mattress (again top double) which served its purpose as it should but just not a personal preference.
Would definitely still recommend the place.

The owner went out of their way on Christmas Eve to come and help us with something we couldn't quite figure out.
Nothing, the house was clean, didn't look very big from the outside but inside was very spacious and worked well for our big family.

The house was amazing and me all and my family could relax and enjoy our pre Christmas time together. Local shops made it easy to get supplies. I personally loved the decor and the kitchen was amazing. We were so impressed that we left a Christmas card.
No internet access but this actually went well for us 😃

Katie went out of her way to accomodate our group - we needed late check out due to our niece performing in a concert the evening before. She was able to re-arrange cleaning staff to come later the following day :)
The house itself was spotless and we all had a lovely, comfortable sleep. We had Netflix and wifi which was a godsend for having a 21 and 13 yrs old! The house was a tardis with more than enough room for 3 people over 5 floors - outside looks are deceiving!
Nothing at all - only thing I would say is that some wine glasses in kitchen would have been welcomed instead of tumblers and pillows could have been doing with being a bit more firm,

We liked everything we did think a tray for the oven and one to carry a cup up to the lounge would be useful.

It was very close to the motorway in a quiet neighborhood. Kate was very communicative. The house was newly updated and very comfortable. parking was conveniently right out the front door.

Host was very welcoming and always checked on us considering we had a long stay. House was super clean too and a delight to stay in
