The trailer will be delivered and set-up for your family. Following your vacation, the trailer will be picked up from the campground, making the whole camping experience stress free. ** DELIVERY & SET UP/PICK-UP ONLY** (Self-tow not permitted at this time). The travel trailer features a master bedroom in the front with a RV queen size bed, storage cabinets and under bed storage. The main cabin has living room with couch (converts into a bed) and a kitchen with a refrigerator, oven/stove, and microwave. The kitchen includes pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The kitchen has a dining table with U-shaped bench seating (converts into a bed). The main cabin also has an electric fireplace which also serves to heat the trailer. A smart TV with DVD player and assorted DVDs are available for restless children and nature adverse adults. The fireplace contains an AM/FM stereo with blue tooth with indoor/outdoor speakers. There is a bathroom with a toilet, shower/tub combo, and vanity. At the back of the trailer there is a bunk room featuring 4 twin size beds and a wardrobe closet and drawers. There are electrical and USB outlets located throughout the trailer. There is air conditioning and a heater to deal with various weather conditions. Outside there is a retractable awning, outdoor shower, and an outdoor kitchen featuring a mini fridge and grill. The area can be enjoyed at night with LED awning lights and music from the outdoor speakers. Included is a large outdoor mat, 4 chairs, folding table and corn hole boards. Other included items Fresh linens/pillows (personal bath towels & wash cloths must be brought by renter(s) Kitchenware - utensils, bowls, plates, cups, pots, pans, dish towels, etc. Paper towels, dish soap, wipes, dish cloths, etc. RV toilet paper Other things to note: Pets are welcome, but please be courteous and clean up after them.
