About this drivable vehicle rental
Tried and tested RV available for Burning Man this year. Our RV has been out there 5 times and always does great. And it's 100% off grid ready! Comes with two powerful solar panels and a reliable generator that will keep the coach and engine batteries fully charged off the grid for weeks. Generator use is required to run the air conditioner or power any other 110v equipment you bring.
Additional Burning Man amenities include:
- Mylar reflective window coverings to keep the RV cooler
- Cushion / couch covers to prevent spills
- Eight 5 gallon water jugs providing an additional 40 gallons of water to the build in 20 gallon tank
- Bike rack capable of carrying 4 bikes
- Tire pressure monitor system to prevent blow outs and keep you safe
- Outdoor camping chairs
More about our RV:
This is a beautiful 31ft Jayco Greyhawk in top condition and meticulously maintained. We take excellent care of this rig and it shows! Comfortably sleeps 4 adults with additional space for kids on the sofa bed.
Standard items included in the rental at no additional cost:

- 8 Cubic foot refrigerator and freezer
- 3 burner stove and gas oven
- Large microwave (requires AC or generator)
- 4 slot toaster
- Full dining set, plates, utensils, cooking ware, spill proof travel mugs, gourmet cooking spices
Sleeping and Bath
- Comfy queen rear bed with 2" memory foam topper.
- Extra long queen over the cab bed
- Pillows, blankets, bedding and sheets provided
- Full towel set for 4 people (1 bath towel, hand and personal towel per set)
- Convertible couch / table beds for kids
- First aid kit and basic set of over the counter pain medications

- Easy to drive Ford E450 chassis
- Large 20 gallon fresh water, 40 gallon grey, 37 gallon black tanks
- 50 gallon fuel tank

Costs:
- $9,500 flat rate rental for the duration of the event between 7-10 days. More days available upon request [Required]
- $2500 refundable cleaning fee - refundable depending on return condition [Required]
- $3000 refundable security deposit. Renter will get a refund minus any damage if any [Required]
- $2500 pick up / delivery fee in Reno - otherwise, pickup is in Oakland, CA area [Optional]
