We focus on offering uniquely beautiful spaces, high-quality amenities, and stellar customer service. Our glowing reviews reflect our commitment to providing the best possible experience for all of our guests.
With a keen eye for design, Minty Living creates statement spaces that are packed with charm and character but still have all the comforts of home. You can count on us for a 'gram-able decor moment as well as a great night's sleep. Our properties feature cozy mattresses, 100% cotton linens, fluffy down pillows, and proper fitted sheets—no hotel shortcuts here!
Our other standard amenities really put life in a cramped, cookie-cutter hotel room to shame: you'll have a full kitchen, laundry, fast WiFi, a smart TV, and total privacy for your stay. Our homes all feature Ring doorbell cameras and custom-coded keyless entries, so you can rest easy knowing your security is top notch. You won't be shelling out big bucks each day to park in a twisty multi-story deck either, as all of our properties have free off- or on-street parking.
Minty Living's number one priority is of course our guests' happiness, so our reservations and operations teams are at your service. Whether you need a brunch recommendation or a visit from our cleaners, we are always just a text or call away. If this listing isn't a good fit for you, feel free to reach out—we can easily match your wants and needs to another pad in our portfolio!
Our bread and butter is providing medium-term housing for productions filming in and around Atlanta. Whether you're a PA or an A-lister, we believe everyone deserves a lovely place to call home after a hard day (or night) at work. Our chic and well-appointed pads make us the preferred vendor of choice for studios like Apple and Disney.
We manage properties around the city but primarily on the east side of Atlanta, from Virginia-Highland down to Grant Park. Our specialty is Inman Park, where we love to live, work, and play! Our neighborhoods are all unique in their architectural styles and cultural offerings, but their geographic convenience, walkability, and safety are standard and guaranteed to please.
We hope you'll allow Minty Living the opportunity to host you in style and comfort on your visit to Atlanta. Safe travels, y'all!

The Neighborhood:
LITTLE FIVE POINTS ATLANTA
Little Five Points is one of Atlanta’s hippest neighborhoods. Shoppers head to Moreland Avenue’s indie stores for offbeat vintage clothing, vinyl and cool gifts, while young locals hang out at the dive bars, burger joints, and Ethiopian and vegan eateries that line the surrounding streets. The Variety Playhouse, a live music venue in a converted 1940s cinema, hosts an eclectic range of local and national acts.
Getting Around:
MARTA to Little 5 Points
Little 5 Points is a funky commercial district full of restaurants, bars, unique shops and nightlife venues near the Inman Park MARTA station on the blue and green rail lines. Don’t miss the neighborhood’s annual Halloween Festival and Parade, soccer games at the Brewhouse Cafe, a show at Variety Playhouse or a burger at The Vortex Bar & Grill.
Things to Know
Walking time is about 10-20 minutes from the rail station depending on your destination
Relay Bikes are available to rent next to the station if you’d rather bike — dock the bikes on Euclid Avenue in front of Rag-O-Rama. Or look for an e-scooter to rent.
Bus 6 and 102 travel through the neighborhood via Moreland Avenue. View route information online or use Google Maps to plan your trip to get bus stop information.
Directions
Take a blue or green line train to the Edgewood/Inman Park MARTA station. If your starting station is on the red or gold line, travel to the Five Points MARTA station and transfer to the Eastbound train platform and board a train marked “Indian Creek” or “Candler Park.”
Exit the station via the signs pointing to Inman Park
At street level, turn right along the bus bay and look for the PATH sidewalk just beyond a fence. The PATH goes through a park to Euclid Avenue, which is the first street intersection.
Turn right on Euclid and walk about two blocks to reach Little 5 Points.
If walking after dark, or if the Wrecking Bar, Tijuana Garage, Front Page News or Camelis Pizza is your destination, instead of using the PATH, exit the station parking lot and turn left on Dekalb Avenue (the street the runs under the station) and turn left again on the ramp down to Moreland Avenue.
