Instal•lacions noves i en bon estat. Apartaments grans i ben equipats.

Spacious
Great views
Spa was on split levels and overcrowded
Boot locker room not good at all.
Would expect basics of bin bags and toilet rolls to be included. Also a set clean towels should have been offered at least once during the stay.

Good location. New building.
Indoor pool was cold so as the looker rooms. We weren’t allowed to be with the baby in the kids playroom (we wanted to use the space for him to play and not be confined to the room, we were not asking for someone to take care of him, but it was only available to older kids ) . We booked this hotel specifically for the amenities and in the end we could not enjoy them. We also had to wait more than one hour for the room to be available (post-check in time), and almost 3 days to get the deposit back … the customer service through booking was not great (too much spam and in the end most of the links to do the self check in did not work …)

Grote kamer, modern, ruim, grote balcons, proper. Beste verblijf ooit op skireis. Goed prijs/kwaliteit. 2 badkamers. Grote ondergrondse parking. Sauna en zwembad (enige nadeel beetje koud). Top verblijf.

Good facilities. Close to slopes.
Poor layout. No access to sink for person in downstairs bedroom at night when someone is sleeping in living room.

The location is great and it's a nice walk to the shops and restaurants of the village, but it's a few minutes walk in ski gear uphill to get to the alp express stop which can take you up to Bergers or down to the Paganon area. The facilities looked great, pool was always busy so we didn't use it. We requested a duplex apartment which has 2 toilets (as I had read that the standard 2-bedroom apts only have 1 toilet and two bathrooms). The location and apartment worked really well for us. We stayed in F604 but note that you need two separate lifts to get to this floor, there's not one that runs from the ground floor to 6. We found the apartment to be spacious and well equipped. The Les 2 Mules restaurant attached to the complex is great!
The sound proofing between apartments is poor, one night our neighbours were playing guitar and singing until 2am and we could unfortunately hear everything. Other than that the stay was good, check-in was a little chaotic with so many people but there were large school trips at the same time, staff were efficient and helpful.

Very nice swimming pool.
Balcony and views.
Warm.
Near to the cable car.
Nice kitchen area, dishwasher, microwave, hob.
2 showers.
Bigger bed in the main bedroom would have been nice.
Oven in the kitchen and 2 toilets would have been nice.

Property was in an excellent location and 3 min walk to the Alpe Express lift which takes you to the main Berger area at the bottom of the slopes. Great underground car park which was very reasonably priced and much appreciated when we had to depart after a heavy snow fall. Great facilities within the hotel, sauna, swimming pool, bars, restaurants etc. Ski Hire shop was very close nearby and we received a discount by booking through the hotel. The apartments were very clean and tidy and well equipped. Note that there is no traditional oven, just a microwave. But otherwise very comfortable. All the staff around the hotel could not be more helpful and all spoke multiple languages. Would highly recommend.....
My only comment would be that the hallways and corridors around the hotel apartments could have been hoovered / cleaned more regularly during the stay and let down the otherwise great overall presentation of the hotel.

Good facilities, nice swimmimg pool, nice gym, small but well arranged apartment.
Great Bistro (Les 2 Mules) with friendly and ultra serviceable staff.
When we arrived, everything looked nice and neat, but upon closer inspection certain areas turned out to be unclean (tub, sink). Additionally, right before going to bed, lifting the bed covers revealed a gross number of hairs on the supposedly clean sheets. I had to go complain late at night to get a new set of sheets, and then change them myself because no personnel was available.
Can't use the stove or even the bread toaster, as the smoke detector is too sensitive and sets off the fire alarm for *the entire residence*, forcing everyone to evacuate (and scaring children along the way). It happened twice during our one week stay that someone in the building used the toaster and out EVERYONE went. We couldn't use an oven to get around this, as there was none. The microwave was our only usable option for cooking meals. Their only explanation to this fire alarm issue is that they have no control over it because it is set by the Fire Department directly.
The balconies facing North get to enjoy the wonderful view of a huge dusty unpaved construction area that everyone uses as a free parking lot. You get both the feel of a construction site (even though no work was going on when we were there) and the healthy amounts of dust that go with it.
Parking in the actual residence parking lot was a paid service even though the elevators to get there were out of order. For the price it should have been included.
Aside from these annoyances, everything else is great, and the staff are courteous.

location was great. Our stay was mid June 2023 which is "pre-season" on Alp D'Huez so the town was VERY QUIET. The apartment was good size for two people and had cooking facilities.
Pre-season so we were able to park for free right outside the apartments.
Nice lock-up are for Bikes ( or you can take them into your apartment)
I saw some concerns in prior reviews about the tightness of the underground car park access ...it looked absolutely fine to me, and i'm sure i could have got my VW Camper in-and-out without issue

Nice decor & location was good
Laundry room was expensive & we had trouble with the machines cleaning the clothes properly. Towels & linen were provided, but NOTHING else was. No hand or shower soap, dishwashing equipment, tea towels or rubbish bags etc The property expects you to clean the kitchen & toilet, remove rubbish & sheets before you leave but don’t give you the necessary items to do so properly.
If you are travelling & only staying a few nights, buying these things is a big hassle.
It also took two different lifts to get to our room - a bit of a rabbit warren …

we had a great week’s stay at the end of the season. apartment was modern, if compact. we had apt 103 which had views over the mountains. thanks to reading the reviews we knew to bring toilet rolls etc, and we hired our equipment from Sports 2000 at Les Bergers, so we walked over every morning & put our boots on there right by the slopes.
staff were lovely. kids spent hours in the pool, which was very clean. Sauna also appreciated
kitchen sink stank - didn’t have a U-bend, needs replumbing
a bit of a walk to shops etc - bread delivery service in the mornings though which was very useful

We had the apartment that slept 10 for 6 of us and it was a great space, excellent location, it was a very clean and well presented apartment. The spa facilities were lovely and not busy, had it to ourselves most of the time in the afternoon/ evening. The restaurant attached to hotel served great food.
The lift in block D did not work for the whole 7 days of our stay, and we were on the top floor. However it didn’t spoil the stay.
5.0 / 5.0
Fabulous staff and hotel. The staff were extremely professional, caring, helpful and wonderful. All staff, including those in the dining hall.
The view from the room was if neighbouring room, so not as nice as we’d hoped. Also, they ran out of basics at breakfast, even croissants and bread. This wasn’t very good as the selection is small. The staff went to the shop to provide more and were great, but this was disappointing. We were told they had been busy, yet we’d booked breakfast (and the time) so couldn’t understand why it happened with such basic breakfast food. The table were not cleared at breakfast as the lovely girl was often in her own. we cleared our own tables some mornings.

bery central ocation, apartment it self, distance to the skilift, spacious ski room, bakeries at the reception
not very clean, no ventilation in bathroom, out of service lift in D corpus, very sensitive fire alarm system, no chairs in skiroom

location was ok, new facilities, very nice restaurant in the property
the 4 star residence was made with very cheap materials and furniture. Chairs were already loosing all the screws, kettle was already broken, fridge accessories broken, handles of cupboards broken, etc, etc…
3.5 / 5.0
- pool/sauna (although can get busy after 1430)
- View from room (specifically ask for apartments ending 01/02 as they face the mountains)
- Lobby area
- Proximity to Huez Express and main town
- Boot room - no seating, small and smells
- if you have an apartment please be aware that you will get limited towels/toilet rolls and no dishwashing supplies unless you buy the cleaning pack. You could bring your own with any of these things. The same applies for slippers/gowns to go to the Pool/Spa. If you are in an apartment you don’t get these whereas hotel
guests do.
- areas of the hotel/apartments are already looking tired and this is a new facility

Very close to the slopes. Good apartment. Lovely spa facilities. Quiet. Handy ski lockers. Handy to have 2 showers (2 bed apartment).
It would be useful to have a small kitchen pack, ie cloths/scourer, washing liquid/dishwasher tablets, tea towel. Could have done with 2 toilets as well as the 2 showers, especially if 6 guests.
