Overall great stay .

Modern , great location

Staff should pay more attention to dust , on walls, cabinet . The fridge doors should be reversed as they are reversible and doesn’t make sense on how to open the fridge or freezer Time to replace a few pillows

Regrettably, I will not be returning to this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is newly built and very clean. However, I found it to be overpriced for what it offers. While the room was tidy, the overall experience left much to be desired.

The included breakfast was quite disappointing. There was a long line just to get an English muffin, and the selection wasn't great. The staff serving breakfast didn't seem very enthusiastic about helping guests, which dampened the experience further. Overall, this feels like a budget hotel with a premium price tag. I expected more for the cost, and I wouldn’t say it offers good value for money.

Wonderful stay

Our family stayed here for just one night, but it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The facilities were well-maintained, and the rooms were spotless, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day of travel. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options that satisfied both adults and kids. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Mini séjour agréable

Hôtel récent, installations extérieures super pour relaxer. Bien situé, personnel gentil. Bien équipé pour des visiteurs qui veulent cuisiner. Bon déjeuner.

Beautiful, new building but unfortunately housekeeping is poor and customer service is lacking.

The rooms are nice and the building is new and modern.

The staff are not polite or respectful. At breakfast they herd guests and are rude about small things like the direction the toast is out in the toaster. The sheets and pillowcases were not clean. The recycling was full from the guests before us, as was the dishwasher.

Would definitely go back!

Staff was amazing and the room was super comfortable.

When we opened the pullout couch there was a dead bug. Think it was a spider. They were unable to move us due to having no other room available. I would suggest putting a few rooms as a place holder for these types of situations.

Brans new hotel, great breakfast, has some points of improvement.

It's a brand new hotel, pretty clean where everything works. Breakfast is excellent, lots of options, mostly fresh.

Staff was friendly-enough and overall seems to need some extra customer service training. Housekeeping needs to be requested in advance at the reception and you need to list exactly what you need - note that everything else will remain untouched (i.e. we asked for towels but the beds were not made). The pool border floor is very slippery, we saw a lots of small accidents while using that facility - an easy-fix harzard right there, absolutely preventable. They could also add extra seats by the pool.

It was excellent.

Rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. Full fridge. Excellent room. Unfortunately my stay was short but will come back!

The blinds are automatic and look very nice. Only issue was parking lot light was so bright and blinds are not enough to darken room for sleep. Woke up during the night thinking it was morning.

Modern and new. Clean and well maintained. Have several EV charging parking spots. Room designed well. Nice kitchenette with dishwasher and big fridge and dishes. Gym and pool were lovely. Breakfast was good and fulfilling.

Access road suddenly turns into a series of unexpected potholes Breakfast was absolutely disappointing, cold sry and wrinkled eggs, cheese slices that didn’t taste fresh at all, and hardly anything worth eating. We left hungry and disappointed, almost took a bite and spat out the food it was not chewable. Nothing compared to the basic breakfast at comparable budget short stay hotels. Would be better if you could provide some lotions in room toiletries

Brilliant - and we will definitely book again for our next trip to Huntsville.

We loved the facilities in the room, how clean everything was and the staff were so so nice and very professional. We used the pool which was fab and the breakfast was decent. Beds were comfy, great shower, liked how we could control the temperature in the room easily, and that there was a great table to play cards on with our friends. The price was amazing!

Nit picking a bit but the breakfast potatoes weren't very good. We had only three pillows on our bed, we probably could have called down to reception for another but we felt it was a bit late to do that! Otherwise, everything was great.

We had an excellent weekend with a nice clean warm hotel to stay at.

I really appreciated the way the front desk was able to accommodate my request for adjoining rooms. It was clean, close to Arrowhead Provincial Park. The breakfast was good with a great selection. I liked the kitchenette in the rooms, pool, etc.

All together- great place to stay and enjoy winter activities in Muskoka!

I really liked the idea of fresh coffee and hot water for tea 24/7. And free apples in the front desk. Breakfast was a typical , free one. Would add some granola (you can mixed them with yogurt). Really liked the breakfast serving area. I like the fridge, microwave and set of dishes in each room, but I would not call it kitchenette as there is not even 1 electric burner. It was also hard to warm up the soup in microwave (no proper container) and serve it (no ladle) Location of the hotel is perfect if going skating to Arrowhead Provincial Park ( 7 min) or skiing at Hidden Valley ( 10 min)

For breakfast- not too many choices for healthy breakfast:( I found stud earing at the bottom of the pool- hurt my foot. lots of hair in the pool. I would prefer check out at 11am , 10 am with breakfast is too early.

A beautiful home away from home, It felt more like an apartment than a hotel. The breakfast was great. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast was good, but I would suggest a daily variety, not the same each morning.

Driveway entrance was very rough (realize it is a new build) but could have been graded a bit better

Good but.... not great for a new hotel, and the price we paid.

Location was good , privacy was awesome. Staff were very nice and willing to help with anything you needed.

Bed was in poor shape and needs to be replaced.For fairly new hotel the bed in the room seems like it was something from the 80's. Breakfast was so so, Hotel is right beside another fast food outlet, and breakfast was better there then in the hotel.

Huntsville, Home 2 Suites.

The upscale and modern ambiance, coupled with spacious accommodations featuring two queen beds and a sofa bed, created a welcoming and special atmosphere. The staff's friendliness enhanced the overall experience. However, addressing the beds' comfort would further elevate the stay. Despite this, all other aspects were excellent.
