Overall a nice unit in a good location close to downtown, local atractions and shopping.
Kim was an excellent host and was very easy to work with.
The full size washer and dryer was a plus as well as the garage parking. We had a mid size sedan and it fit in well. The outdoor parking pad was convenient as well. While we did not use it, the yard and patio looked pleasant and was well maintained.
I will agree with an earlier review that there is road noise at times as the unit is on a busy street. The decor is also a bit dated, but clean and functional.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a clean house and quiet neighborhood if you don't count the traffic. The patio was relaxing with rocking chairs and pretty green grass.

Duplex was very clean and ideal for my husband and I. Kim was easy to work with and communicate with. Kitchen was very well stocked for our needs…ate most dinners in. Only negative was that the duplex was on a main road and was noisy at times. Centrally located.

Our family took a weekend trip to Twin Falls. This house was adorable and had everything we needed. Very close to anything you'd want to do. Kim was very kind and communicative. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard in the evenings, too! Love that we had a garage to park in.

This place was perfect- clean, cool decor with great rock posters on the wall, a TV where you’re invited to either watch regular TV, or log in to any of your favorite streaming services. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean and more than serviceable. And it’s literally three minutes from downtown, with just an additional five minutes to get to the Visitor Center. All in all, if I were to return to the area, I’d rebook in a heartbeat. Kim, the owner, picked up immediately when I had a quick question and was very friendly, nice, and helpful. I loved my stay!

Property absolutely met our needs for a quick stay in Twin Falls to see family - back yard was a hit for us … and our dog. House was quaint and cozy!

I was in town for the birth of my granddaughter. Owner worked with me to book same day (because the system wouldn’t let us do it). Because the place was available, owner also allowed me to extend my stay day by day as complications arose. I really appreciated the washer/dryer. Also, when I first arrived, the spring on the garage door went out and when I told the owners, they fixed it quickly. When it snowed, they sent someone to shovel the walk. That was above-and-beyond. The location was close to everything: hospital, my daughter’s house, Walmart, etc. So very thankful. Everyone is now home safe and sound after a week-long adventure.

This location was central to the town of Twin Falls. Downtown was less then a mile away, nice walk through neighborhoods. Shops and restaurants all within a mile or two.
Lots of space to enjoy and throw down a yoga mat if that’s your thing.. two bedrooms if you need some alone time.
Fenced yard for your fur babies to enjoy.

In town for a week with 2 adults and dog. This rental suited our needs perfectly. Good yard for dog and walkable neighborhood. Dog park wasn’t far either. Small kitchen but everything you need. Very steep stairs to downstairs bedroom if that is a concern. Would stay here again.

Kim was very accommodating. I’ve stayed to two of the three units and they are both lovely. Very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone needing a great place to stay.
