Rooms and overall home were new and very clean and modern. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom so no problems getting ready for Disney in the morning.

Nice property. The service could have been a lot better. 2 hours delayed check-in. We had 9 people and 8!! Towels. Loose pavers in the front of the property, very unsafe. A pile of garbage remained in front of the house the whole 7 days. The pool was dirty the first 2 days, after that I didn't trust the water. Received no compensation of any kind.

Ants were in the upstairs restroom….. there was hair on the beds and pillow cases for previous guests. A hole was in a wall in one of the bedrooms. Definitely not what the pictures make it out to be.

Over all the house was good for our one night stay, you can tell it’s a new rental and no one’s ever lived there because it isn’t stocked (ex kitchen ) with everything you’d expect when renting a house. One of the main draws was the private small pool but unfortunately it was very green and needed a good scrubbing so we weren’t even able to use it. There are two huge sliders which let beautiful light in during the day but unfortunately they don’t have curtains or any kind of privacy from neighboring units at night and the same with the front door it’s just clear glass with no option for privacy at night. My main complaint is that the house listing says check in is 3pm but the day before our scheduled arrival the owner messaged saying we couldn’t get in until 4pm luckily we were driving but if you’re flying and schedule a flight per the check in time it’s very frustrating that it isn’t correct on the listing. Construction right now in the area is horrible but it is a very nice 20-25 min drive to Disney area if that’s on your agenda! Overall we would book again if some of the mentioned issues were resolved.

First time in a town house , was in a great location and close to all that we needed ! Janet was amazing and supported all of our needs throughout the stay. We had a few issues which were new to us, no kettle was in place and being British its a must have and we werent used to using the microwave to complete our drinks. There was no iron or hair dryer and some oven pans werent in place all were reported and we got a steamer and some oven ware the next day. We understood as the place is very new and Janet looked to address. On the whole we would visit again and Janet was an excellent host, Crocs in the pond outside the front door were amazing to see every day and all fenced off so no worries. Pool and gym across the road were great quality ! thank you Janet for letting us stay and your help on the last day !

I loved the house and it definitely met my needs. This was my first stay with Vrbo and intially I was very worried, due to lack of communication coming close to my stay. After working through that, the only other issue was someone being parked in the two spots alloted for the house. Also my mom was woken up to a knock at 0400 in the morning. Actually, more like a bang. 2 police officers showed up saying that an hispanic male had gone into the wrong house. We didn't call them, so I still do not understand why they came there. Lastly the first thing we noticed besides the parking spot being taken is the trash. We only had one trash bag and we didn't throw it out until we were leaving and the trash was full. The trash bins were all in one spot from each house and trash was everywhere. I do not blame the host for that, just think they collectively amongst the home owners, the trash issue could be fixed easily.

We only stayed one night, as we were passing thru on the way farther south. Great rental experience. Cleaned , spacious, and comfortable. Owner very responsive and easy to work with.

Clearly new to this. No welcome package with info on the area. No info about wifi had to call. Advertised as 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. There were three two en-suite and one shared by two bedrooms. Place very nice. Good location.

the place was really nice & new. The area was under construction, so no clean walking areas. the 2 main complaints were the excessive ant problem in the bathrooms (had to be due to new construction since the area was being built) and no tv downstairs in the living room(which was a problem when we wanted to watch a family movie & my mother couldn't come upstairs). Spoke with host & pest control was scheduled for the following week.........

The house is brand new and it is perfectly setup for a family vacation. The community is quiet and it’s only a 10-15min drive from Disney. There are supermarkets, gas stations and pharmacies all within 5min from the community. Would definetely recommend it to friends and family!
