Muy cómodo y limpio, atención de recepción muy amable y el desayuno acorde al precio.

La habilitación muy bien iluminada, ventilada, limpia y cómoda. Muy buena conexión a WIFI, y el desayuno acorde al precio, (si pondrían cafecito destilado seria excelente) y una excelente vista de la ciudad

El teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba y tuvimos que pedir ayuda para poder conectar la tele, por otro lado la puerta del baño necesita una aceiteada en las bisagras y tambien una cepillada pq hace mucho ruido al cerrarla.

Ok for what you pay

Close from La Plaza principale and the witch market.

No real coffee (only powder coffee ) for breakfast, no eggs... For a 3 stars hotel in a big city, no real filtered coffee in the morning is really cheap. We had to go have a real breakfast in other restaurants.

La centralidad del centro un buen desayuno con la vista y recepción 24 horas

Que en la plataforma decía check out 12:00 mientras que la recepción al check in nos indico 11:30 am

Agradable lugar, vale la pena repetir la experiencia

Muy buena ubicación, cercana a varios lugares turísticos y de paseo. El personal tiene un trato amable y respetuoso. La habitación es amplia y cómoda, la ducha caliente y sin problemas, tenía una frazada extra, lo que ayudó ante el tradicional frío paceño. En cuanto al desayuno es muy variado y delicioso, la limpieza de los ambientes es de resaltar. Nos sentimos muy cómodos en nuestro paso por el hotel.

Un très bon séjour rendu possible surtout grâce à la gentillesse et au professionnalisme du personnel.

La localisation et la gentillesse ++++ du personnel.

Nous avions une chambre qui ne donnait pas du côté soleil, c’était donc assez humide.

The girl who works in the restaurant at night is very rude. Calling from the room to the restaurant is useless since they do not answer, however we think that isn't part of the Hotel.

Would recommend for the price, it's ok for a night or two

The staff members were so kind and friendly. We liked the location and the spacious room. Very good value for money.

We didn''t like how cold it was, also the breakfast could be improved.

Super restaurant and terrace on the 8th floor + another restaurant on the first floor ;) Impressive view of the city, lots of shops around. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, hot water at any time, friendly staff

Decent for a single room, but would wish for more from 3star hotel

Very kind staff, super location, big room.

Very thin windows to the street as well as party in the building next door, so super noisy and had to sleep with double ear protection. The extra blanket in the closet stank. Also the hallway-light and the stairlights were only on for 5 secs at a time, had to wait for elevator and walk in the stairs in the dark.

Nice staff, and nice bar/restaurant on the 8th floor, spacious room and table with two chairs, lots of closet space.

While the room was cleaned well the bathroom had some mould

Good value on low price, but cold

Great value on low price! It is located right next to witch market. So it was pretty easy to look around. And bed and bathroom are nice and neat.! Definately recomment this hotel.

Lack of It was so cold here in la paz even in the summer time ( i visited here on january), but there was no facility for warmth. I felt so cold while staying here.

Big spacious rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Great view of the city from the terrace restaurant on the 8th floor. Friendly and helpful staff. Hot water.

WiFi dropped in and out. The breakfast could have been better for the price - the juice is watered down alot, the yoghurt on the second day was also watered down and the rest is very basic which you would expect from a hostel.

We got robbed here! Maybe you want to reconsider your stay here.

The view from the Terrace. The shower is hot.

There is no safe in the room and therefore we stored our belongings in our backpacks within the room. We got robbed approximately 150 $ in cash. We suspected the stuff with access to room but when confronting them they acted like they do not understand us. After that we went to Uyuni for a couple of days and stored our luggage in the hotel. We asked around 10 times if it was possible to lock our stuff in a safe place and they said they would put it in a storage rrom. However, wenn we returned, our baggage was lying openly in the hallway. The breakfast is complicated. It can be quite good and rich but on some days you only get one piece of bread and nothing else. On the days where there is absolutely nothing to eat the stuff is unable to properly react to the situation and you either wait for an hour or leave hungry.

Superb

Perfect location and great value for money! The queen rooms are large and have an amazing hot shower! The facility’s are in good condition and offer a good breakfast. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Very spacious room with a comfortable bed. Hot shower and a beautiful terrace and view. The staff was very kind and helpful!

There was a big bath (which was a surprise) but you could not use it. So not really upsetting :-)
