About this house rental
Jameson Jewel | Loving "The Good Life" in Montecito!
Jameson Jewel shines brightly amid a serene wooded setting, just minutes from the iconic Lower Village of Montecito. Cheerful and bright, the three-bedroom, two-bath renovated home exudes a welcoming and genuinely restful aesthetic.
With its angled, vaulted ceiling, the great room is a spacious gathering place with varying seating and dining options. The comfy living room sofa with ottoman faces a pretty picture window that frames scenic grounds, where mature oak trees allow filtered sunlight to permeate each room. Relax with a good book, sip a glass of local wine, or catch up on the latest online news while kicking back in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Wide plank flooring flows from the main living spaces to the bedroom wing, adding a modern, ranch house vibe to a comfortable and stylish home.
With an impressive list of amenities, the modern gourmet kitchen is outfitted to perfection. With a large central island, abundant shaker style cabinetry, Jenn-Air range, and plenty of dishes, cutlery, and glassware, cooking will be a delightful experience. The dining table seats six easily on translucent chairs and a wood bench. For less formal dining, choose a seat at the breakfast bar.
French doors open to an expansive backyard where a large lawn anchors an open oasis. The outdoor seating area, glass dining table, and wood-burning stone fire pit guarantee a front-row seat to enjoy Santa Barbara's mild climate and a backyard meant for playful fun and pure enjoyment.
The dramatic master (primary) suite offers mountain views, TV, generous closet space, and sliding doors to a private patio off the backyard. There is a desk area for keeping life organized and work running smoothly, and a trundle hidden underneath the king-size bed. Freshly updated with European simplicity, the en suite master bathroom features a sleek glossy vanity and a glass shower with white subway tile, and a contrasting marble floor.
For the younger guests, the bunk room offers twin bunk beds, a trundle bed, and a couple of comfy bean bags for extra fun. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed. The hall bathroom echoes the same modern style and colors as the master bath, with a shower over bathtub configuration. The large capacity Whirlpool washer and dryer accent an efficient laundry room, with a door leading to the backyard. For that well-deserved afternoon nap, a hammock is slung between trees across the way from the backyard.
Montecito has so much to offer visitors and locals alike. The ideal location is only minutes away from the Upper and Lower Villages, iconic Butterfly Beach, and The Rosewood Miramar Hotel. Hiking trails are in great abundance nearby, as are fine restaurants, one-of-a-kind boutiques, and coffee shops. After dinner, don't forget to stop by Rori's Artisanal Creamery, or enjoy a nightcap at The Honor Bar, a local's favorite! Be sure to make time for the Friday Farmer's Market on Coast Village Road, or take the short 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara. Bike, walk, jog or stroll along the boardwalk and vast stretch of white sandy beach on Cabrillo Boulevard.
In the heart of Montecito, a stay at Jameson Jewel is certain to transform an ordinary vacation into an extraordinary experience to remember.
