Would have been perfect if we got a King size bed, but other than that a really great property

The facility was newer and well appointed in everyway. The bed was super comfortable. Really liked the shower only, no tub. The see through refrigerator was a great touch. Wall controlled HVAC system really makes a difference

I booked a King Size Bed room. When I arrived I was told that a group before us wanted two rooms close together so the staff give them our room. The staff said it was an "upgrade" for us to get a room with two queen beds. Well, first, the room we got was right next to the elevator and the tone made when the doors opened was audible in our room. Second, most the time, a room with two queen beds has only one nightstand, as was the case with the room we had, so one of us did not have a nightstand for glasses, phone, etc.

Surpassing expectations!

Thank you for not using heavy chemicals in your cleaning. When we entered the hotel, it just smelled Clean without any cleaner aroma. The rooms were beautiful including an amazing bathroom! We were so impressed after a long day on the road! It may be one of our all time favorite hotels! Beautiful spot!

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Would’ve been made almost perfect with a microwave in the room.

Clean facilities, friendly staff

The rooms didn’t have microwaves. They didn’t serve breakfast and their restaurant is closed on Sundays. People upstairs were a bit heavy footed (we didn’t hear anyone else at any of the other four hotels we stayed at during our road trip). Our room didn’t have a blow dryer or wash cloths (though both were promptly provided upon request)

Best in this budget class. The client is key.

I’ve stayed in seven different hotels in the last month and of all of them, this one made me feel the most attended to. Big bed. Three sets of big towels. Adequate amount of toiletries. Quiet even though next to an airport. Nice staff. No free breakfast but I usually can’t eat most of the food in free ones anyway.

I was very surprised and happy with my stay. Will stayt again if in the area.

It was hot, flavorful and the plate presentation was perfect. The price was within normal range as any breakfast house, The waitstaff was pleasant, personable and professional, very attentive.

There was NO breakfast

They were out of Kleenex. No microwave in room. Staff were poorly dressed & not friendly. No free breakfast. I expected more from a Raddison hotel
