Welcome to Pepe's Place! This 1900 sf 3 bed, 2 bath home is located halfway between Houston and Galveston Island, minutes from shopping and restaurants including the Seabrook Waterfront and Kemah Boardwalk theme park!

Feels like being in the country, yet close to so much. Beautiful interior. Property includes 8'x18' heated Spa/Pool (from 3’6" to 4’6" deep) available 365 days/year, covered front and back patios, outdoor grill, fully stocked kitchen, adjustable beds in primary and secondary bedroom, bunk beds in third, and full-size inflatable air mattress available. Wifi available. Towels, toilet paper and toiletries provided.

The host thought of everything! The house was impeccably clean, comfortable and well laid out with plenty of room. Monica was excellent with communication and she is so organized I think she is my spirit animal! The beds were extremely comfortable and it was an added bonus they are adjustable beds! The decor was so cute and the house was arranged thoughtfully to maximize space and have excellent flow. The pool/spa was fantastic and easy to use from the app. I loved all the little details and thought that were put into this house. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you need to come to the area and we will definitely be back. We travel ALOT and I have to say this was my favorite rental home we have stayed at. The teenagers loved it and everyone was happy….which if you have teens you know is no easy feat!

I cannot say enough about this property. It was absolutely awesome. We encountered two issues....internet service was hit or miss and the wine/beverage cooler did not cool items. These were not deal breakers and I would request this property again. My daughter and her family recently moved to the Houston area and are living out of their camping trailer until they find a new home. Her daughter (oldest) and I wanted to spend the holidays with the family....what a wonderful place to enjoy Christmas. We had our traditional Christmas breakfast and dinner here and loved it. Monica even furnished the home with a crockpot and electric mixer for my holiday cooking. The heated pool, washer and dryer, great location, large screen TVs and EXTREMELY comfy beds Our first night there we spotted five deers in the neighbors front yard. Thank you for making our Christmas holiday so special.

Myself and 5 friends stayed here for a sailing trip we planned. The home is beautiful and amazingly appointed with EVERYTHING you could think you may need. Monica was so easy to communicate with. It is close to restaurants in Kemah and San Leon as well as Galveston without being in the hustle bustle! We loved it and will definitely be back.

Every detail has been thought of for guests here. The party pool was amazing including easy access instructions ti get the app and control the pool. The beds are more comfortable than any bed I’ve used. The towels are super soft. The neighborhood is quite and walking distance to restaurants. Easy drive to major stores. Hosts are super responsive and served any needs we had. Check in was simple. This was better than any 5 star hotel.

This property was absolutely AMAZING! Incredibly comfortable and the back patio and pool was so much fun! Have stayed at many VRBO homes and honestly this is the nicest one I've ever been a guest in. Located on a road which has the feel of living in the country yet just minutes away from shopping and restaurants. So clean and has everything you would ever need. Gourmet kitchen for those who love to cook. Kids will love the bunk beds. My 5 year old grandson had the time of his life between sleeping on the bunk and enjoying the pool. The primary bedroom is heaven with the amazing space and a bathroom I wish I had in my own home. Would rent again and likely will! My family loved it so much. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
