Pinehurst offers a charming small-town atmosphere, complete with Southern hospitality. Those interested in golf and equestrian activities will find this area particularly engaging. But there is plenty more to love about Pinehurst like shopping, antiquing, or best yet, a day at the Pinehurst Resort Spa! The wide variety of restaurants available is enough to satisfy any palate and some of our particular favorites are the Roast Office, the Pine Scone Cafe, the Agora Bakery & Cafe, the Pinehurst Brewery, the Drum & Quill Pub and Lisi Italian Restaurant. Some of our favorite things to do in the area include The Village Arboretum, Rassie Wicker Park, Sandhills Horticultural Gardens, Harness Racing at the Fair Barn, the Aloha Safari, Camelot Playground and of course Pinehurst Resort, The Spa at Pinehurst and the Village Shops at Pinehurst
Just a note for our guests – there are several public golf courses within 5 miles of the cottage. The Village is less than half a mile, and Pinehust Lake is only a mile and a half away.
This home is meant to be a quiet escape to relax and get away from it all with your favorite family and/or friends. We strive to be good neighbors and pride ourselves on attracting respectful guests that will love the property as much as we do and will also be considerate neighbors during their stay. We will consider your 4 legged canine family members on a case by case basis. Please tell us about your pup. We will consider up to 2 dogs and kindly ask that no dogs be allowed in or on any of the beds. We strive to provide a high level of service and accommodations. This fully renovated property is amazing and has everything to make for a memorable trip to Pinehurst! Location, convenience, a great pool for a swim after golf, a cool cabana for evening drinks and cornhole, and a fantastic kitchen and accommodations. Jason was super responsive throughout our stay, it is clear he has put a lot of effort into making this place the wonderful house it is. Highly recommended!

Wow, this cottage is amazing (as is the entire neighborhood). The pool & pool house were a welcome retreat after a hot summer day. The Village , restaurants and Pinehurst CC are all a short walk away. The inside has been completely redone and nothing was left to chance. From the historic hardwood floors to the chefs kitchen, everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.

I planned a Five Star Weekend with girlfriends I have from all walks of my life. It was the most spiritual weekend I will cherish. We cried, laughed, sang and enjoyed every minute in this beautiful home. Attention to every detail this home definitely made it 5 stars and more! Hope to repeat next year.

We really couldn’t have asked for better spot to stay in Pinehurst with our fam. House location is prime, house amenities are fantastic, and the house itself is updated. Jason the owner was super responsive and went out of his way to make sure our stay was A+. Hope to stay many more times.

This property was perfect for our family. The home was beautiful and the layout worked well for us. It was well appointed, everything we needed for cooking was there and we even enjoyed a few puzzles. We couldn't have asked for a better location. It was an easy walk to town and the neighborhood was lovely. Also very convenient to the golf courses we played. We would absolutely go back to this home.

This home has everything needed for an amazing Pinehurst vacation. The owner is extremely responsive and the booking, check in and check out experience was very easy. They’ve done a great job of updating a historic home with all the comforts of a modern home. Walking distance to all - town, Pinehurst resort, brewery, etc and a short drive to many surrounding local golf courses. My family (including dogs) highly recommends this home for your next Pinehurst vacation!

My friends and I stayed at this property for a 40th birthday celebration. Everything was fantastic and as described. Kitchen was well equipped, great bedroom layout, and the pool and pool house were a major bonus. We spent time enjoying the house (including roasting s’mores on the fire pit, eating dinner outside on the patio, and swimming in the pool) and exploring the village. We walked to get coffee both mornings, grabbed drinks at a bar down the street one night, and relaxed at the spa on our last day. A fun, convenient, and quintessential Pinehurst weekend! We will be back!

As another review said, the pictures don’t capture how well done this place is. It exceeded our expectations. The house is also very well stocked. We like to cook, and it had everything we needed and far better quality items than one would expect for a VRBO.

This home was so cute and functional for our family of 6. Property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. The home is a close walk to downtown Pinehurst. We loved hanging out by the pool!

My son was playing in a Junior event a Pinehurst and we decided to rent a house for 3 nights vs a hotel and it was definitely the right choice. The house was absolutely perfect. The pool was a really nice addition with the heat - a big reason we rented this house, along with the proximity to town. We honestly don't have one negative thing to say - the owner was awesome, extremely responsive if needed. The house was clean and had ALL of the amenities. The house is pet-friendly (we have a 10 year old yellow lab that we brought with us) which was also a reason we rented here. When we have another 3+ night trip down to Pinehurst we will absolutely be staying here again. Jason thank you for making our Pinehurst experience do great - you were an awesome host!!

Our family had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the pool house and the great, well-supplied kitchen. We walked everywhere, the proximity to the village is so nice. Everything worked so well for us, we used the grill to cook out one night. There is lots of storage space, 2 refrigerators and 2 ice makers! We would highly recommend this cottage, and plan to stay there again!
