It was cheaper and flexible.
The person who looks after the property is excellent.
Owner appeared to be difficult, thrown our luggage out though it was agreed that we could keep it for three hours. She says she put it outside when she saw we were arriving. But it is likely to take longer than what she mentioned and she would have taken out it prior. That was not expected.
Property is away from the town and needs taxi.
There was no one when we arrived and needed phone calls to get into the building

Aliza was very welcoming when we arrived to the day we left. We stayed here for 3 nights before catching our flight back home and it was conveniently close to Nadi airport and Nadi town. We explored most of the Nadi town and was able to catch the bus on one occasion. This was great experience seeing the different areas of Nadi. The accommodations exceeded our expectation because it was bigger than what we expected but nevertheless we enjoyed it all to ourselves. It was great to have a fully equipped kitchen. The bathrooms were clean and spacious and the beds were great.
Nothing hindered our stay so can't comment on what we didn't like. We enjoyed every bit of it and also didn't mind the noise from airplane landing and departing as you may see in some of the previous comments. The last airplane from Fiji is around 10pm and we didn't hear airplane noise from 10pm onwards.

I love everything about the place. Makes all of us feel at home. Owners were awesome and very helpful. Place is secured with easy access to transport, short distance to supermarket and restaurants, market, Nadi toen and airport. Would recommend the place to anyone wanting to travel to Nadi and would stay there if/when I visited Nadi again 🧡
Nothing at all.

The location was good if you wish to see how the locals live. This is no resort but it had good internet.
Mice running around at night. Hot water was Luke warm for washing dishes or a shower. Definitely needs some work done. The shower tap dripped day and night. But it is a lot better than how some of the locals live. If you want the Fijian experience this it it. Have to say the locals are very friendly.

Best part was that we could use the whole facility by ourselves. Owner was so kind and welcomed us responding quickly. The house has everything you need for travel like towels, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, hair dryer, and laundry. Wifi is reasonable speed to use. Easy location to get a taxi if you just walk out few meters.
From shower tap, water flow was pathetic and not enough hot water for 3 people to shower. Building itself is old and surround area is bit noisy at night.

It's really one of the best options to stay in the Fiji. Big living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, one with dual bed and other with two singles. Lot's of things ready for guests comfort including some tea, coffee and sugar (it's important when you cannot bring anything in the Fiji and have no time to buy locally). There even is hot water in the shower, I mean real hot water, not barely warm. Territory is closed by gate and you can park car here safely.
Aliza is nice and helpful. She meet me, gave keys and showed what they have and explained how to use when I asked.
Even if I like this place there are few issues you need to know:
- It's far away from the beaches or any populated places. I rented car and it was not a problem for me but you need to walk about 30 minutes to reach any point of interests or, if you lucky, catch a taxi here somehow.
- House under airport glissade and close to edge of runaway. And landing planes fly low and with loud noise. It must be a problem if you need silent environment to sleep or your children can afraid of roar.
PS Google Maps marker putted on previous house on the street and I think I was not a first person who bothered owners.

It had had a kitchen
Plane flying over regularly and door lock needs repair

The lady that greets you is lovely, her name is Aliza. communication with the landlord is good. The home is clean and tidy and is has all the basics including tea and coffee and milk as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was appreciated. The air conditioning units work well as do the overhead and pedestal fans. The beds are comfortable.
The house is DIRECTLY under the flight path of arriving flights to Fiji, so up to 20 times a day the house will shake with the immense noise of jet aircraft landing.
If driving to the house, do not take Navakai Housing Road as listed in the ad, it’s 2km of very bumpy dirt road, rather opt for Bangladesh Road and then you’ll only have to contend with 300 meters of this.

Very clean and big, nice neighbourhood and within 15min walk from McDonald’s and main bus stops to the airport or East of the island. The manager was also very responsive all the time. Highly recommend.

Liked in general, kitchen was handy, safe area
Shower had water issues, hot water doesnt come in the mornings, electricity is capped since its circuit from switchboard kept flicking, infested with ants

Liked location, safe area, neighbourhood all good.
Didnt like hot water not coming in the shower in morning's, electricity goes out from the switchboard itself from time to time

Lovely and comfortable home-like accommodation. Reasonably peaceful surroundings for a place so near a busy city.
Phone signal indoors was weak and intermittent.

Loved everything about it! It's very clean and safe to be in. Have not experienced any trouble while being there too so i would definitely recommend this place to anyone should they wish to use the facility!
