La habitación que nos dieron súper cómoda, espaciosa y limpia. La atención en la Playa de Josafat es destacable. En un 90% la atención del personal es excepcional y con una gran amabilidad y calidez.
Que no hay alimentos deseques de las 10:30. Aún siendo un hotel All Inclusive.
Te hacen dejar un depósito por mil pesos para concepto de room service que tampoco funciona después de las 11 de la noche. (Evidentemente se perdió el papel que te dan para reclamarlo a la salida y pues adiós mil pesos).
En el Restaurante Grill César nos hizo esperar 1 hora y 20 minutos para nuestra cena, otras mesas de más comensales que llegaron después, salieron antes incluso que llegaran nuestros platos. La mesa de en frente pidió lo mismo que nosotros y fueron atendidos con preferencia, tendrá algo que ver la propina en dólares?.
Los alimentos cumplen su función pero nada del otro mundo. Las bebidas son de licores de baja calidad, entiendo el tema barra libre pero subirle tantito la calidad no estaría mal!

It was clean the food was decent and the staff/service was great!
Our flight was later in the day and we could use the facility but could not eat or drink anything unless we paid a crazy amount more! Had to sit in the lobby with nothing! Pretty sad! Any other place I’ve stayed you can use the facility and still eat and drink until you leave

La comida del buffet era poca variedad y les falta ser más atentos con los que somos de México por qué con los extranjeros andan súper amables , la zona de playa que no te puedes meter al mar 🌊

the room was outside of the resort. they call them residences, but are so far from the restaurants and pools that you even have to cross the street to get to the building. had I known the room was going to be in a different building from the resort property would’ve have not booked this place

The location and the coffee shop
Our room was an Altitude Suite. Upon arrival (check in) we were charged the entire price of our stay plus an extra amount that was not included….this odd to us. We have stayed many places and never been charged the full amount upon arrival.
The sliding door was broken, the heat didn’t work, the air system would not change, the phone didn’t work, the knob for the shower was missing, the mini fridge leaked and made weird noises, we wanted to do yoga that we had seen that they offer, asked and no one had an answer, the food was bland, the buffet had basically the same flavor and same rotation, the restaurants with reservations was okay, the place is definitely rundown, had to pay for cabana beds, staff were kind of okay, friend yes but not helpful, our friends room also was an Altitude Suite…their balcony hot tub wouldn’t hold water and their phone didn’t work either.
Oh and there was construction by the adult pool (which were a group of only adults no kids) and other places the ENTIRE time.
Butler stated he would make reservations for us just let him know via text. We did this and showed up to our time none of our names were down for reservations. You have to go down to the main lobby n wait in line to out your name down for reservations.
Husband birthday the 2nd day… we got a slice of cake delivered to our room 3 days later. Just not really an overall great value. Cabo is one of most expensive place to visit in Mexico don’t stay here trying to stay on a budget…pay the higher price and go to a resort with higher standards or you’ll be disappointed the entire stay.

We found the buffet to have the best food with great selections and the choice of beverages from the various bars was excellent.
Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating and some went way beyond expectations.

There are two things this resort needs to address:
1. In the specialty restaurants, the staff need to understand English when orders are placed. We had bad experiences in two of the restaurants due to misunderstanding on the part of the waiter (same one from both restaurants). This was unfortunate as most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating and some went way beyond expectations.
2. There was no place on site to change large denomination currency into smaller bills to tip the staff. We used the porters and had to go into town to make these transactions. Most resorts offer this service at the concierge location.

El servicio todo incluído es muy bueno, uno deja de preocuparse por la comida y bebidas
Los cuartos que previamente seleccionamos en la aplicación, no dicen en dónde están ubicados, estaban muy lejos de las instalaciones donde se encontraba todo, si estuviera más cerca estaría mejor

Excelente…. Instalaciones y amenidades buenas, el personal muy atento, con especial mención de Yolanda del área de alberca quien fue muy amable en atendernos durante nuestra estadía…. Las actividades en la alberca divertidas y muy buen animador Omar…Las habitaciones siempre limpias… nos tocó una vista muy padre a las albercas y al mar…estuvimos 8 días y siempre se le hizo servicio al cuarto, buffet rico… restaurantes de especialidades muy ricos, sobre todo el de teppanyaki…. Íbamos con bajas espectativas por comentarios que aquí leimos pero la verdad las superó.
Podría mejorar la variedad del buffet, ya que fue repetitivo algunos días.

It was very beautiful the staff was fairly helpful and I like that they had two adult bar sections.
I didn’t really enjoy the food, I expected more flavor it was just really bland.

Las Instalaciones son excelentes, sin embargo nada se disfruta si la atención al cliente y el servicio es de lo peor, especialmente en recepción, personas nada amables y groseras, tratan a los clientes de manera despectiva, no saben resolver o controlar una situación complicada, no están preparados para solucionar una situación básica.
El servicio, la atención brindada por los supervisores, personas incapaces para resolver de manera rápida y amable algún imprevisto, especialmente en recepción, nada de empatía por situaciones que se puedan presentar, muy groseros e irrespetuosos.

The staff was friendly and they kept the grounds clean. I didn’t have any problems getting items replaced in the room such as beer, water, and towels.
There is only one buffet. There is no nightlife other than a sports bar.

Liked the room, the layout of the hotel the location and the fact it was all inclusive.
A lot of queuing (at check-in, for breakfast in the main buffet area). Due to this I missed meals due to my time restrictions which defeats the “all inclusive” principle.
There was a website to book restaurants reservations slots, didn’t find this easy to use. The website was the only place to get hotel info eg. timings for restaurants, pool timings and a map of the hotel & amenities. The hotel seemed short staffed.

Slept well the bed were comfortable our room was right overlooking the ocean so that was great service was impeccable your staff was very friendly It took us 3 days to get clean sheets and our toilet seat was broken we had called down several times regarding that also we didn't have any clinics.
Our toilet seat was broken we can't call the couple times for somebody to come and fix it but nobody showed up then we didn't get clean towels for 3 days. And our room was not cleaned

Clean facility with a friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious with a lovely view. The resort was easy to get around and well planned out. We loved the pool area!
The food is mediocre and the drinks hit or miss. The location of the resort is not walkable to any attractions so we felt like we were stuck there unless we took a taxi or Uber somewhere, which we did.

the pool chairs weee all cleaned, lines for drinks, broken elevators, 45 minutes to check in. Wifi constantly dropped. no towels. late room cleaning. I could go on. not happy.

Concierge went beyond in satisfying my extra special room decor package request.
Excellent couples massage treatment. Personal from the spa provided excellent service. They even book my restaurant reservation after the only one bad apple within the hotel did not want to place our reservation due to conflicting spa treatment schedule and the time of scheduling reservations.

Staff were friendly and constantly cleaning. Everything was a little bit dated and many items needed replacing (stained, etc.) but the cleanliness of these items was never a worry and anything dangerous was fixed overnight (ex. cementing an issue with the pool deck).
Food and drink were average but reasonable for the cost.
Highly recommend the Altitude upgrade for the rooftop deck as service there was stellar, couches were clean and comfortable, and you could always get a seat, a drink without wait, and someone to run snacks up without wait.
Check in process was exceptionally slow - process is very long and they only have 3 desks open. We waited 45 minutes and there was only 4 people in line above us. Same thing happened when we tried to check out and everytime we were in the lobby. Be prepared to wait, and hope you don't lock yourself out at any point.
Be prepared to fight for chairs at 8am if you want a seat next to the pool or on the beach.
Buffet breakfast was fairly good, but not great at other meals - recommend the a la carte restaurants/

Food at the buffet was really good, the room was super clean but it had some issues.
food on the specialty restaurants was worse than average, except for the tepanyaki.
Bathroom air extractor did not work
Watter leaked from shower and it made a puddle in the whole bathroom.
We repoted the incidents and we were told that someone would reach out during our stay, but nobody did.

Rooms are overall clean and the property is generally well-maintained.
Awful service — our room wasn’t ready so we were upgraded to a better room, however our room had no towels in it. Despite calling several times for towels, it took over 2 hours to finally receive them (causing us to not be able to shower and miss our dinner reservation at an outside restaurant), which we then realized was because the hotel had a shortage of towels (is that a thing??). After asking to speak with a manager several times, we were told to come to the front desk to do so but every time we did, the manager was “in a meeting” or “busy” so we were never successful. A few other guests who we met while there also felt that the reviews/photos of the hotel were misleading and that the stay was suboptimal.
Reservations for restaurants can only be made at a desk near the lobby from 11a-3p, so you basically get to eat at the disgusting buffet on the first night unless you arrive earlier than check-in allows. The restaurants are also not great — it’s very clear that all food is pre-made and kept under heaters, so food comes out at room temperature and no substitutions/changes are allowed.
Poolside bars don’t open until 10am and they won’t even give you a cup of water before then. In-room mini-fridges are only stocked with 2 bottles of water and 2 beers. Also, this is kinda nitpicking but the one thing I wanted while there was some ice cream, which you would think a family-friendly resort would have, but it is NOWHERE to be found.
Room was spacious, but our AC was not working and we couldn’t reach a manager to have the issue fixed. We also left a handwritten “do not disturb” sign on the door (because the hotel apparently doesn’t provide them), which was frustratingly ignored.

We loved the beach front swim out room, the food was good - as expected, drinks were good most places and great at the altitude exclusive areas.
The main thing we absolutely hated and the only reason for the less-than-perfect rating was the timeshare/ vacation membership very hard push at check-in. Do NOT SIT AT THE DESKS under the guise of getting more information about your room or stay. This is a trap to get you into the timeshare/ vacation membership pitch. We literally gave the guy $60 to let us finally walk away. Then they called at 7:45 am over and over every day to get us to attend a presentation.
