I loved the location of the hotel. I also loved my room location very close to the pool. The pool was nicely heated. The staff was so friendly and helpful. And they have air conditioner!!
The hotel is very out dated. It needs to refreshed for the hotel to bring in more people. Our bed was sooooo hard and we had no dishes in our villa luckly walmart is just down the way. I tried to get a massage but was told they have a staff shortage.

Parking in this facility is the best. We have an F250 and they can easily accommodate the size in both covered and non covered areas. We decided to park next to the security booth since we had items in the bed of the truck. Wonderful security. Rooms were clean and well maintained. AC functioned well and room was quite even on the side of the major highway.
We had a king bed and the mattress was incredibly hard. It was like sleeping on a yoga mat on a concrete floor. I traveled extensively for 20 years and this took the prize for the hardest mattress ever.
We did not have the opportunity to eat at their restaurant but did drop into the bar area. We tried to order a margarita which were 90 peso each or $5.30 US at that time. The glasses were only about 6 oz. After working with the bartender a little we were able to improve that.

The room was cold and there was no heater. The TV was in English and my husband doesn't speak English.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The WIFI service was very good. The staff was very aware fo COVID-19 restrictions and made me feel safe.
I did not get a hand towel or a bath mat on the first night. It is my fault for not asking. I noticed this when my room was cleaned the second night. The gym equipment was a bit old and damaged. A spinning bike was missing a pedal.

The hotel is on the main road so good if you are doing a long distance travel. They are pet friendly, the room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Shower pressure was good.
I was a little disappointed with my stay here. The room was quite dated and we were not allowed a tv or air con remote, when we requested these an employee came up to switch on the air con for us but would not let us keep the remote so we were unable to adjust it the next day. We arrived around 9pm after driving all day and the restaurant was closing so we asked for recommendations close by but we were told to just go in to town. We also asked for some basic amenities for the room like ice and an extra glass (only 1 in the room but 2 people staying) and were told no. The staff were friendly but could not speak English, I speak a little Spanish but it just made the rejection of amenities a little more frustrating. I don't think it warrants the 4 stars. I would come back but I would look for alternatives beforehand.
