I liked the location. Everything was only a few miles away and it wasn't on a busy street. The cabin was cozy and the kids enjoyed the loft. The beds were comfortable, not great but we are used to our mattress.
The fridge and bedroom fan were noisy. I was fine with the shower but I'm short, my much taller husband had to squat to rinse off. The bedroom TV didn't work and the toilet wasn't great in the main bathroom. However, they did offer to send maintenance. We just didn't think they were major enough. These are just minor issues we did enjoy our stay.

There was no breakfast. I was hoping for a more remote area. But I don’t remember that being part of the deal.
There were a lot of spiders & ants. Spiderwebs

Spent the majority of my time enjoying the covered porch.
Cleanliness was an issue. Spider webs were on the window frames, banister leading up to the loft, and the exterior of a couple of the kitchen cabinets. The window sills needed attention. There were dead insects on the bedroom window sill and dirt in the front room sills. There was a dead fly stuck to the bottom of the miniblinds in the front room. Crumbs were on the couch. One of the large windows in the front room didn't have a screen, so I wasn't able to open the window to circulate air in the room. One of the towel racks in the bathroom fell out of the wall when a towel was hung on it. There were multiple holes in the drywall, so I think this has happened in the past. The incline to the driveway is pretty steep and made access tricky. I would suggest that when describing the property, you might recommend that vehicles that sit low to the ground might have access issues.
