Good

The staff was very friendly and helpful

Old furniture and not enough parking space, we had to park on the pavement.

Good for 1 2 night to stay

Staff was nice for checkin. But no one was there for checkout, when I called they told me just put the card in to the box . I wanted to stay only 1 night. It was ok. The bed had alot sound but it was clean. The toilet was clean but the doors havnt been cleand for long time. Again for one night it was good.

The price was hard to beat, but you get what you pay for. Hostel-like quality, really just a bed and the basics. But if that's all ya need, this place worked out fine!

Simple hotel with easy parking nearby and kind staff.

Evening check-in (we arrived around 11 pm) worked great. Nice bakery around the corner, friendly receptionist for check-out. The beds were simple but reasonably comfortable and the shower had great water pressure :)

There was a distinct smell of stale/smoke in both rooms, which may be a matter of ventilation or old curtains/upholstery but was anyway not the most pleasant.

The bloke at reception waited an hour after his finish time to give me the room key.

Everything was fine. We even got our room before the usual check-in time; which was very convenient.

It s a bit old-fashioned, but clean and really good value for the price!

Place of hotel

Was smelling and not clean. Had to change rooms, done not easy. Was loudly around. Problems with communication with staff.

A good budget hotel - 15 mins from Trier.

Our room looked out over the town. Breakfast was quite satisfactory.

The hotel is actually 15 minutes out of Trier. The village is very quiet with a kebab shop and a chicken and beer inn.

Pretty good,but...

Our men liked 2 separate beds , it was comfortable for them. Very good location, not enough space for parking. Friendly staff.

Squeaky beds in a first floor, very bothered at night. Our room was for 4 people,but we only had 3 chairs to sit to the table. TV remotes wasn't working. Shower needs more coverage, because when you shower all water goes to the ground and carpet.

Nice hot shower.

Spiral stairs. Booked with card but on check-in wanted cash. Called hours earlier to request lower floor but person did not mention needed cash. We only had euro card. Lots of storage but no table and chairs which would have been better.

Staff let down Kugel Hotel.

Rooms were clean and well kept.

Some staff were not efficient. One member failed to turn up for work so no breakfast was served at all. No explanation was given at all!!

Clean, cheap, not noisily, good location. In general, nice.

Maybe, a little bit far from the city, but it is not the principal.

For the price, it is good.

For the price it was good. Clean and with everything I needed for 1 night. There are some shops close by, like bakery, kebab restaurant, pharmacy and so on.

There was a bit of cigarette smell outside the room on the hall, that was not so good.
