Emplacement. Vue. Chambre. Le bar rooftop.

Lors du checkout, on nous a demandé de régler une facture de consommation du bar (80.-) qui ne nous concernait pas. Nous avons dû fortement insister pour éviter de la régler.

Tout était parfait

9 places de stationnement dans le garage souterrain c'est peu. Il faut absolument les réserver à l'avance.

Hervorragende Lage: 100 Meter zum Hafen! Sehr ruhiges Zimmer (Nr 25). Freundliches und kompetentes Personal: Der Kellner erinnerte sich nach zwei Tagen an den Ganggrad der Tagliata. Gute Einstellung der Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück

Séjour agréable dans un hôtel confortable

Cet hôtel est joliment situé au bord du lac : nous avions une chambre vue lac ce qui est toujours agréable. Nous sommes arrivées très tard dans la nuit à cause de soucis sur la route. Je tiens donc à remercier le personnel de la réception qui a tout fait pour nous aider et nous rendre la situation moins compliquée à notre arrivée.

L'inconvénient de la chambre vue lac : devoir laisser la fenêtre fermée assez souvent pour éviter l'invasion de petites bêtes volantes dans la chambre (nous étions prévenues à notre arrivée car c'était la période de reproduction). Dommage que l'hôtel n'ait pas un parking gratuit à disposition des clients.

Beautiful hotel on the Lake , shame we didn’t have more time :-)

Lovely hotel and great location. We had a lake facing room that was very clean and a very comfortable bed . Amazing view The roof top bar was very lovely for pre evening drinks We reserved a parking space ahead and we parked just outside the hotel .

Un assez bon compromis pour découvrir Neuchâtel

Bon standing et bonne situation. La météo n'a pas vraiment permis de bien profité de toutes les installations, mais elles existent. Accueil de bon niveau. Garage très bien, mais cher. La vue dans le restaurant-bar du haut du bâtiment est remarquable.

Service d'étage vient à des heures erratiques. Petite salle de sport. Tarifs assez élevés, notamment le garage.

La chambre confortable, propre et il y’avait se qu’il faut pour prendre un café dans la chambre.

Nous sommes arrivés à midi après un long voyage en voiture et nous n’avons pas pu accéder à nos chambres avant 15h qui nous a fatigué davantage d’attendre sans nous proposer au moins une alternative pour se changer surtout que nous étions accompagnés d’un bébé. Malgré ce bémol je vous ai noté correctement car nous étions avant l’heure mais il n’y a pas eu aucun geste de l’appart du personnel alors que c’est ça qui peut faire la différence d’un hôtel à un autre de cette catégorie.

The roof top bar is very impressive. However, if it was less formal it would create a warmer atmosphere. Maybe it's just me but I'd love if hotels provided a harder memory foam type pillow. I miss my pillow !!

Gorgeous location, nice hotel with amazing staff but be careful with parking

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. A really gorgeous port in a really cute city. Of course the Lake view would've been better but even the city view had it's charm. The staff was incredibly nice and very helpful after some misunderstandings and uncomfortable happenings. Everybody tried to make our stay as good as possible. The Rooftop Bar is gorgeous, the view just magnificent and if you book breakfast you definitely get a really yummy and great one just be careful of the little birdies, which want to steel your food :-D. All in all we would recommend staying here!

Be careful with parking, the ticketing people are everywhere and they don't care if you speak french or not! Parking can be super expensive but sometimes you can park for free but be aware you still need to pull a ticket out of the ticket machine, which we didn't know! We only put the parking clock out and got a ticket! The good thing is that parking is free from 9pm-7am so if you are doing daytrips it's not bad. There is a huge parking lot 2min walking from the hotel. The rooms could be a tiny bit bigger, because it is hard to get in and out when the bed is directly "in" the door

Neuchâtel is a perfect destination for a short break.

There was a water bowl, dog food and a dog blanket in the room to welcome our dog! This is the first time we have this and it was really highly appreciated. Neuchâtel is a very nice spot for a short break. Additionally, a gift card is offered to hotel guests (any hotel) with free or discount activities, including a 1 hour cruise, public transportation or museums entry for example.

Ventilation noise even without the hotel card in.

Room was excellent. It was a good size, comfortable and quiet. The bed was great and I got a good nights sleep. Check in was quick and easy, and was an enjoyable stay.

It is hard to comment on "value for money" as Swiss hotels are expensive but we would stay again!

Room size and view; breakfast; dinner; the reception staff and the staff in the restaurant. All very helpful and kind. Also superb mattress and bedding. Great walk in shower and towels of excellent quality.

The toilet seat was loose - very annoying. A fixture on the right hinge is missing causing the problem. Also the rim of the ceramic pan has staining on the right hand side that looks like mould. The staff using the store room next to us (we were in room 30) were having a great time slamming doors and making a lot of noise at night when we were trying to get to sleep - also very annoying.

A beautiful hotel, with a fantastic rooftop restaurant overlooking a fascintating lake Neuchatel

My name is Michael Lucas, Tatyana is my wife, we came to the hotel from Miami to celebrate a New Year's Eve 2023. We had an unbelievable time. Nicolas Muller - the hotel's food and beverage manager, organized for the guest's of the hotel a fantastic, high quality New Year's Eve party in the rooftop hotel restaurant overlooking the magnificent lake Neuchatel! Though we did not have a reservation for the New Year's Eve celebration which had all been sold out, he managed to accommodate us as well. Nicolas Muller's professionalism has no limits or boundaries, Nicolas is a detail-oriented high-professional with top skills in hospitality management. He can make people happy even in unpredictable situations. Thank you Nicolas, you made us happy on the New Year's Eve 2023 and you make this hotel a better place and we will by all means come back to your hotel again to experience a high level food and beverage service. The room which we were given was not exactly the room we paid for. We were supposed to have a king size bed facing the lake view, but our bed was facing a wall with TV and the lake view was from the side, which had some blocks obstructing the lake view and we also were give disrespectfully the lowest floor, though I asked for a higher floor, we made such a long trip to the hotel from the USA and I think this request should have been met, this was very unfortunate I should have complained but I did not have strength to fight the receptionist after a long tiring trip from Miami, all we wanted was just to get rest, so we put up with the room which we did not really like and had to pay top dollar for it.

Very poor

Terrible. I liked nothing

The purpose of our coming to this hotel December 29 to January 2nd was a New Yesr celebration in the rooftop restaurant. Once we got to the hotel we found out that all the seats in the rooftop restaurant were sold and that we could not even get to that restaurant to a bar for a drink. Just imagine our frustration, we flew to thar little town from Miami to celebrate a New Year's Eve and we could not even have a drink. And while booking there was not even an option to reserve a spot in the restaurant for the New Year celebration. The room which we paid for was supposed to have a straight lake view, believe me the view was ugly through some kind of blocks and it was a side view, not straight. We are very disappointed for what we got for the price we paid. And when I was refused a drink at the rooftop restaurant on 31st of December that was the last nail on the coffin I am so sorry to have come to this hotel. The restaurant management does not have a slightest respect to its guests. Do not go there!
