Stylisches Hotel, aufmerksames Personal

Es ist ein Boutique Hotel teilweise ist die Sinnhaftigkeit der Ausstattung fraglich. Es fehlen zum Beispiel Kleiderhaken. Die Dusche ist mitten im Zimmer die Toilette ist lediglich durch ein Vorhang abgeteilt. Frühstück ist übersichtlich.

The hotel supervisor was a very rude person. He charged us extra money for my baby and told me very rudely that they could've refused to check us in because we arrived late without informing them!! And I should be thankful that they checked us in! Location is in the middle of nowhere! Breakfast is extremely basic with no options.

In Venice within half an hour! Good value hotel.

Staff were brilliant- really friendly and helpful. 6 minute drive to Dolo station (with free parking!), and then 25mins into Venice. Very modern and felt very new- although the 'glam' deco might not be for everyone..!

You can't walk to the station- you need to navigate a really busy road with no pavement. Bathroom door was not very private which could be an issue for some. We opted to have breakfast once we got into Venice because it looked pretty basic.

Comfortable, easy to get, beautiful hotel in nice place to sleep and drive next day.

The design of the hotel was excellent - Versace style. The rooms were not large, but the space was comfortable and was used perfectly. Free parking which is a big plus

Breakfast was strange - 1 toast / person + crossaints and coffee. Maybe that opinion is funny, because in Italy breakfast are light. I'm from Poland and breakfast are usually much bigger than in other countries.

Enjoyed our one night stay here. front desk was very helpful and everything was pleasant.

Close to Venice and very modern with comfortable rooms. we also discovered the town of Dolo on the river which was super cute for dinner!

AC stopped working during the night.

Great bargain option because it punches above its weight in quality for the price.

Easy to access, low traffic, on site parking, modern rooms and bathrooms. See through shower from bedroom into bathroom shower so probably not good for families in that regard but for couples well…

Could have better sound proofing on the door entering the hallway. You can hear the front desk but that’s about the only issue that could improve.

The place is great if you are looking to travel to Venice with a car as it is in a quiet little town, they have their own private parking, and you can catch a train to Venice easily. From the hotel to Venice St Lucia Railway took us about 30 minutes. So actually much faster and cheaper then getting something in Venice or having to drive down and park every morning in the city. The room and the bed was decent, and the staff was very helpful.

Well the whole place has design flows, which means it might look cool but it is not practical. There was some sort of a pump that operated every 5 seconds for 2.5 seconds, it was white noise, but annoying as it was going all night. The other guest arriving and even the phone at reception you can hear in your room with a closed door - even though our room was furthest possible - so it is not the best place to get superb rest. And the breakfast is bad. Thought there is a lot of options most of them are not of high quality ingredients.
