Āra baseins varēja būt apsildāms un ar siltāku ūdeni. Restorānā ēdiens bija negaršīgs, atrodas pagrabā . Personāls pārsvarā nerunā nevienā svešvalodā. Pārspīlētas prasības SPA zonai.

Es la tercera vez que me alojó en este hotel. Todo fantástico, pero la calidad de la comida va disminuyendo cada año. Es una pena. Las tres veces hemos estado alojados con pensión completa.

Maravillosa e idílica.

Personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte. La ubicación maravillosa. Los servicios de cafetería y restaurante excelentes, con comida muy, muy buena, y una relación c/p excelente. Limpieza muy buena. En fin encantados con todo y desde luego volveremos. Un lugar para descansar, relajarte y disfrutar. Hasta pronto

Por la mañana a la hora del desayuno te hacen esperar para sentarte y cada día explicarte lo que puedes pedir porque quitan productos del bufet al tener personas del hotel de 3 estrellas y personas del de 4 estrellas es una molestia que se evitaría con dos comedores que ademas los tienen

El spa y la ubicacion

La habitacion que pague a precio de suite por tener jacuzzi en terraza, tenia una altura de 1,50 para salir a la terraza y 1,77 en el resto de la habitacion!!! Por dios! Como bo se advierte??? Y el recepcionista nos ve xon 2 mtrs y 1,80 y no dice nada??? El desayuno no venia incluido caudno en la reseva booking [fatal el servicio] decia qie si. En fin ppco recomendable si no cambian actitud de los enpleados, nos hicieron esperar de 13,30 a 15,30 para entrar habitacon [por lompieza] y luego la llave no abria!!!

Hola Estuve con mi sobrina y quedamos encantadas,la habitación en 4* daba a la piscina y vistas maravillosas y el Spá superbueno.Y lo mejor el personal del Spá de comedor, cafetería y Recepción un 10 todos pura amabilidad.Lugar para descansar y desconectar.Soy reincidente y volveré de nuevo . Gracias a todos🤗

Fantastic scenery, great spa, awful food!

The staff at the spa was so kind attentive and lovely. It was a fantastic experience!

The food was worse than bad. We included half board to our stay and dinner was more than just a disappointment. It reminded us of hospitals and old age homes. The staff tried to make up for it in friendliness though!

good location for the wilderness with good access to routes, the bar was great with a great view, breakfast was ok too

what’s with the Buddha’s? I found this irritating, how can it be a relaxing spa with 100s of screaming kids staying there and the coffee was the worst in Spain !!!! finally can’t you keep control of the parking, th3 car park was impossible to get out of in a morning without bangin* your car

Very enjoyable!

Very clean and comfortable. Amazing views and very polite personel.

SPA was great as a facility, but I didn’t find it very convenient from guest point of view that we couldn’t book it on the main hotel reception the evening before. I understand that they are probably different entities but from a guest point of view it doesn’t make sense. Also, another downer was that we couldn’t take the robes to the room and change there, then to come back to the spa. This is the idea of having SPA hotel, to be able to shuttle everywhere with your robe for convenience. We were supposed to change only in the changing rooms of the SPA, after 7 hours of hiking this wasn’t convenient at all. Lockers instructions in the SPA - they are only in Spanish, no English - therefore for me as a foreigner was difficult to understand how to use them, and left my belongings outside on the hangers.

Just brilliant!

The room was extremely comfortable, with a spectacular view over the entire valley. The spa was amazing, very clean and a tremendous variety of areas to enjoy. The Christmas dinner was just wonderful and the staff were so caring and cheerful, looking after our celiac and vegetarian requirements.

I can't fault anything. The staff worked so hard to make this tricky Covid time as comfortable as possible for everyone, ensuring that Christmas was lovely and we felt really special.

rooms are clean and the hotel is in a nice area.

lots of broken things, shower not working good, airco broken. upon arrival the temperature was 25+ in the room. in the fitness more then half of the equipment didn’t not work! the room walls are very thin can hear everything.

This property has a wonderful view from the cafeteria and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely massage in the spa. The rooms are nicely decorated.

This does not seem to be a 4 star hotel. The restaurant is more like a school canteen and I would not recommend eating here. It does not have any views and the service is rushed. The decor is in need of updating. The room although nicely decorated was noisy as it was next to the restaurant next door. There was noise in our room until after 12am

The Spa is excellent, great variety and amazing views. Tasting menu and breakfast both excellent and very professional staff.

The room was clean and looked good.

This is the perfect example of totaly mismanagement. Lack of staff. And the staff that was working has to work so hard that they had no time for you. They where stressed out. Esspecialy the woman at the breakfast table with the curly hair. She Maybe thought she was talking to her own child instead of a costumer. In the hotel there is just 1 person who speaks english. She was at the frontdesk. The rest did not even bother to try. So ower evening food and breakfast went totale wrong. And that for a 4star hotel. The frontdesk ask us after we paid how we felt. Next time do it before and try to help the customer. The internet was not working for us. They are using a password with letters only people in spain use. Maybe they just like spanisch custumers
