Sejur exceptional pt a doua oara...

Revenind după prima vacanță la Batihan din urma cu 2 ani, am regasit cu aceeasi placere un resort de exceptie. Personalul amabil, camerele spatioase si curate, prosoapele schimbate zilnic, mancarea variata si pentru toate gusturile, indeosebi produsele de patiserie de o mare diversitate ( destul de greu sa alegi intre nenumarate tipuri de baclavale, prajituri, foietaje si cornulete, care te imbie sa le gusti), piscina centrala generoasa, cu activitati de polo si diverse dansuri in apa conduse de animatori, sezlongurile de la piscina si plaja proprie de care te despart cca 5 metri (practic aleea ce separa plaja de restaurantul de pe plaja al hotelului), iti ofera o vacanta de neuitat. Am gasit hotelul superplin de turisti, cu si mai multi turisti romani de data aceasta. Recomand cu aceeasi placere sa veniti macar o data. Vă va convinge să reveniți, cu siguranță!

Drumul destul de obositor...minim 17 ore de condus, asa ca cel mai indicat este sa luati o noapte de cazare pe la jumatatea drumului ( noi am stat o noapte in Istanbul, unde, nu ne-am plictisit deloc...)

Yeterli şezlong yoktu restoranda bile oturcak yer bulamadıgımız günler oldu otoparkta asla yer bulamadık sokağa parletmek zorunda kaldık

O experiență frumoasă

În fiecare seară, oaspeții beneficiază de spectacole de dans, variate cu tematică diferită :africa, spania, etc Spectacolul cu foc a fost senzațional. Meniul diversificat si pentru toate gusturile, chiar si pentru copii pretențioși, iar dulciurile foarte delicioase. Curatenia se face zilnic in camere. Hotelul este imens, iar priveliștea de excepție. Personalul de la bar si recepție a fost extrem de amabil si cu o conduită excepțională.( vorbesc limba englezăr)

Parcarea este mică așadar a trebuit sa parcam pe stradă. Este adevărat ca fără plată si cu supraveghere video, dar chiar si așa am găsit mașina zgâriată.

Disappointed

Nothing, the worst holiday ever.

Avoid, avoid, avoid....this is NOT a 4 star hotel, not even a 1 star hotel.... everything is outdated, broken and very dirty. We changed 3 rooms in our 5 nights stay, all rooms were in the same condition. We stayed better in bed and breakfast accommodation than in this hotel.

Faptul ca nu aveau camera pt 3 persoane și ne-au transferat la un alt hotel deținut tot de ei în prima faza ne-a nemulțumit,dar odată ajunși acolo am uitat de tot . O oaza minunata de relaxare și condiții de 5 stele . Nu refuzați transferul la Batihan Vadi și veți reveni acasă cu o experienta minunata.

Nice beach and night entertainment but rest (all inclusive service) was not good.

Beach was good and their night entertainment

Bar (super limtted drink for free and all cheap quality) even for simple tequila you need to pay $6. Food was not international. Salad bar was good but rest was not good and not very healthy

Wonderful holiday on Batihan

They clean everyday very good on the room(also they fitted a bed for our child) .The pool is clean,friendly staff,now the air conditioner is working when you leave the room on the new part of hotel.was wonderful holiday on Batihan.

Long time my car was parked outside on the road and after 10 days was more resin from the three,Very hard to find a table for eat on evening(very,very busy)

Not so good hotel

The food was delicious and various. The room was fine, but smaller than our expectations.

The staff at the parking and at the reception wasn't helpful. We ask a few things and nothing. We should have additional bed , but we haven't. As for the bed when we checked in (around 14 o'clock). When we back from the dinner at 22 o'clock we haven't bed, so we should wait half on our for the bed. We haven't a soup and they didn't gave as three days.

beautiful stay

the hotel was beautiful on the beach amazing views and there was something for everyone in regards to food. I was a family off 11 and most days everyone used the pool bars for snacks drinks and food. we are about 12 minutes outside the main center. but so much for kids and families.

the smell of sewage in rooms was awful at certain times of the day … they need more room for sun loungers as people were putting there towels out at night to hold the beds it was unfair the same people everyday had 10/12 beds. also no music playing in the bars or a band or karaoke nothing just everyone sitting at tables talking over each other, it definitely lacked adult entertainment at night. We ended up going out most nights because of this and that was defeating the purpose of all inclusive.

Superb

There is everything you need for a few days of stay, good and different food, good drinks, comfortable rooms, swimming pools. Sunbeds and beach towels free of charge. Sandy beach. Great animations during the day and in the evening.

Never ever will I come back or recommend this place to anyone

Worst reception and overall service ever. The rooms are old and beds uncomfortable. Only the cleaning personnel is amazing; the reception should learn from them.

Superb

The lead receptionist was able to upgrade our room from a standard to a select in the new building. I am grateful for it. The room was bigger with a double bad and a sofa for the child. Also the sea view was amazing. All the personal is working hard to provide the the tourists best services possible. From cleaning, parking to restaurant. The food was good for all inclusive. Not a big fan of all-inclusive activities but the Ukrainian, Turkish and Columbian shows are really good shows. They are worth buying tickets but are freely included in the entertainment program.

The WIFI is bad. The coverage was good only at reception. The bandwidth was low, probably because the hotel was full, but still not ok. The triple room we reserved was actually a double doom with an extra bed added, but this was fixed with an upgrade. Hotel was very crowded at beginning of July.

Just what we needed for vacation.

Clean, great staff, a lot for children. The pools are close to each other and the beach is 1 minute away. A lot of activities. Good shows at night. Food was good and diverse. There was a parking lot but always full but there was parking spots in the street.
