4.5
Very well maintained property. Parents loved the courtesy of the staff.
Thank you Sterling and team for giving them a good experience.
Nothing much to point out.
4.5
The staffs at the restaurant were extremely helpful. Catered to every specific need. Special mention to Boi lopa and Ayushman.
The view from the room and the room size can be slightly better.
2.0
Staff attitude, willingness to help and accommodate.
Very basic quality rooms, furniture, worn out lenin and towels. Senior management does no seem to be committed to investing any money on the upkeep of the place.
3.0
Pool, food, cosy bed.
Location is not good at all. A priced property at Puri should have the best possible location. This property has the worst location.
1.0
Literally nothing to like about the property
The room had no fan, AC didnt function well, poorly maintained property, dirty and overpriced.
3.0
Quite secluded property. The staff is excellent.
The location, its a little far from the city, with no mode of transport. No access to the beach, although it is a beach front property.
2.5
Food was amazing.
Delicious food and catering.
Morning bed tea not available.
Room service not up to the mark.
Very poor wifi.
AC leaking.
Room paint not up to the mark.

Nothing in particular, very average experience. Not Value for money at all.
The suite rooms shown in the pictures are deceiving and the room is actually kind of like a duplex which has stairs in between with very small rooms. The rooms are not very well maintained and our AC started leaking during evening. Our whole bed got wet and even after their staff fixed the AC it was still leaking during the night. The food is below average and they don’t have most of the things available in the menu. The breakfast buffet was terrible with cold dishes even when we were on time, the staff was unpleasant and their was no option to order separately for breakfast either. Much better options available in Puri, only go if everything else if full.

Breakfast was pretty good. Location was also nice
The rooms we were given had no ventilation. The so called garden view was a joke. There was no arrangement to sit outside to get a little fresh ai.. Our guests who were our own daughter and son-in law complained of stink from the sewer line.
The front desk was not cooperative.
The cab we booked gave us a horrible experience
3.0
Ambience of property is good.
Food is simple and easy to digest.
They should provide access to beach. Constructing temporary bridge is not a big expense. Nearest beach access was the main attraction of this location. It was actually a waste of money and time choosing this resort.
First day we had room lock issues. The staff was rude. We managed to change the room in the same day.
Spa doesn't have any female staff when we visited.
4.5
Good location, good property, well maintained, courteous staff, good breakfast, overall a nice stay
Overall we were satisfied, no particular comment for improvement
5.0
The entire staff was very helpful. Front desk, housekeeping, serving staff in the restaurant, the chefs on whom we placed a special request.
Nothing.

Literally, the only thing we liked was the pool.
We paid Rs. 32K for 2 nights --> translates to Rs. 16K/night which makes it equivalent to an exceptionally good 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the place is probably a new 3-star type place. The place is likely worth Rs. 3-4K/night. The worst thing was the food poisoning that we experienced during our stay. Both my wife and I had to miss work for a few days after we returned back due to the side effects of food poisoning. I am unable to pinpoint core issues of the place, but there are issues aplenty - 1) penny-pinching attitude when it comes to basic toiletries: towels, tissue paper (which I had to call two times for them to get tissue paper 2) untrained staff -- not a staff issue, but management issue. It seemed to me that they wanted to hire villagers around and get them at low prices, with limited to no training 3) bad quality of food 4) a big issue is its next to a sewage / industrial waste-filled river mouth that joins the sea - huge health hazard, could likely be the reason for our food poisoning, not sure if there are some contaminants that come in.
What really blew my mind was when I was at the reception to check if they have any medicines for food poisoning, someone from the management was trying to sell me their holiday package or membership package.

The beautiful sea facing lobby, warm hospitality and professional services from the hotel staff and extended team. Thanks to kind support of Mr.Sitanshu (Resort Manager) and Ranjeet for the kind support.
I hope for a better way of remarking of the parking spaces, so that people know when to park and also more photos of different types of rooms on this Bookings app for more clarity. I got more info only when I was on the property. I wish it’s posted here too.
