The place is very cool and clean. One of the bedrooms faces the alley and it can be quite noisy at night.

Everything walking distance.was quiet. Would stay here again.the room had all amenities.but may I suggest you need a full length mirror especially when traveling with a female .but overall A

The space was very comfortable and great location. We were three girlfriends in for a long weekend so the fact that we were so centrally located in a walkable area was key. There was some street noise from Broughton Friday and Saturday night, but that was to be expected in such a prime area. Communication was great with easy check in/out. Will definitely stay here again.

There were a lot shops in the area and great food option. Centrally located in a geeta area and the property management was great with communication. .highly recommend. Great place to stay.

wonderful stay at the grant! was very cozy and i loved how close it was to everywhere i wanted to go during my time in Savannah. my only concern was locking the door from the inside, even if i turned the lock on the door i could still open the door so there was no way of really knowing if it was locked from the outside? we had no issues anyway but did spook me a tiny bit! all in all it was a great and quiet stay.

Super cute place! Perfect place for gathering since we had people from all over. Kitchen was great for making meals but tons of restaurants near by. LOVED the bathrooms and massive showers. Location was perfect for everything to do in Savannah! Will definitely be booking this place again on our next visit.

Very convenient location to all sights and good restaurants. Apartment is Nicely appointed, clean, and quiet. I recommend parking in a garage. Streets flood in heavy rains. Appeared to be a safe area if traveling alone.

Our family stayed at the Grant for a few nights this summer. We love Savannah and the location is great for exploring all Savannah has to offer. The rooms are a great size and esthetically appealing. Our complaints are the bathroom could have been cleaner, and we were left with 4 towels and 2 washcloths for 4 people to share for 3 nights. When I reached out about extras I never received a response. We stated how many people were staying prior to arrival, so I think there should have been enough to last us for our stay. A response would have been great!

Everything was great. The only problem was the disrespect and disregard of another party staying at the Swan. I understand paper-thin walls, but to have a literal party until 4am is outrageous. I am hoping it will be resolved to my satisfaction. The facilities were comfortable and well appointed. I would recommend providing local police with the access code for safety and comfort.

Was not told there was no parking for this listing on either side of road due to street sweepers in the middle of the night so we got a ticket because of lack of communication. They were doing construction under this apartment as well with constant hammering and remodeling of street level tenant. Notified Management with no attempt to make things right. I wouldn't recommend staying at this location if you value your sleep and need somewhere to park without walking two blocks.

Great location for touring the area. Beds were amazingly comfortable. There is a reason that noise machines are beside the beds as you will hear everything in the building at night. I wore earplugs and still heard hallway noise as if it were coming from the kitchen. Otherwise a wonderful stay!

I liked the historic appeal about the place and that it was very spacious. The only thing that I didnt like was that the windows didn't open. But it was a nice and cozy comfortable stay.

The Black Swan was amazing! Huge, comfortable, well appointed, very clean and location couldn’t be better - everything within walking distance. It was quieter than we imagined being in the middle of everything, which was really nice. Would definitely recommend. We want to come back!

My wife, our baby, and I enjoyed this property. The location is great! Can be loud occasionally at night, and it only has street parking that is payment required, but to be in the city in your own flat. It's great! Easy to walk around the city. Loved using the amenities to make food, wash clothes. We were able to relax when it's raining or we're tired. Very nice space as well, with exposed brick and quality furniture pieces.

Would give 5 stars but onlysupplied us with 2 towels for 3 people. Parking is a mess in Savannah but that is no fault of the Grant. Super convenient location cor all of downtown and the many things to take in. Would definitely stay here again

Close to everything. The Old pink House is a local attraction, the wine is excellent, the food 2 stars. The basement is the main attraction. The apartments is quiet, clean, huge, I will definitely consider again. Must go to the JW Marriott Lobby. Amazing natural gems 💎

Amazing all around! Location is perfect. I cant even find one thing wrong with this apartment. It was an easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend! If I could make one suggestion to owner, a full length mirror would be one minor addition that would improve apartment.

Beautiful decor but we were kept up late by a party upstairs, then awakened at 6 by delivery noise in the rear alleyway. Couldn’t get hot water in one bath so I had a cold shower...yuck! There was hot water later so not sure what happened. This would be a good location for people who don't mind noise but it really didn’t work for us.

Our stay at the Grant exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful furniture and design, convenient location, and so spacious! The kitchen also had everything we could possibly need (example, multiple types of coffee makers) and most of it seemed brand new. We will definitely be back.

Really loved the comfort of the unit as well as cleanliness, ease of checkin and location. Only complaint would be the paper thin walls being able to hear all surrounding units conversations. Would not deter me from staying again just be aware if you are a very light sleeper!

We absolutely loved this property. The location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable...except for the pillows...We will definitely stay here again. Our only complaints were a full size mirror would have been great to have and the shower curtain wasnt big enough (cold air got in)

I loved everything but... I wish they would have given us more towels for 4 people/ 3 nights, we got 3 towels and one wash cloth. Also you can hear everything at night. Luckily I'm not a light sleeper. It was clean and I felt safe with my kids. The customer service was great though!
