Fijne kamer vriendelijke mensen

Het ligt prachtig aan het strand, de metro is makkelijk te bereiken om naar de stad te gaan

We hadden nergens gelezen dat er geen koffie ontbijt lunch of wat dan ook werd geserveerd

No receptionist No restock No key

Location was great, but that’s only thing I can player of. There wasn’t receptionist when I was check-in and check-out. We thought we have already paid by card via booking.com otherwise we will miss the payment. I asked taxi to the receptionist and waited outside but I didn’t come and came back to hotel but there was no body again. The room is clean and okey. But remember to get a key for safe, I was struggling to solve it for long time since I didn’t kw I need a key for it. And don’t forget to bring shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Those weren’t enough in the room and after they clean up the room they don’t even restock gel and shampoo.

We gave advise to the receptionist aka the owner of the hotel that u need more stuff, but she said she understands but she needs to do all the stuff about the hotel by her own and cannot be there for customer 24hrs, I hope she employ other stuffs asap.

Beautiful view and grear hotel!

Great hotel, room was immaculate with a dream view to the ocean. Bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was impeccable, with plenty of towels and great sized for a couple. Parking right by the hotel, which was very convenient. Felipe at the bar was friendly and professional. He provided us with a great service even considering that it was very late at night.

4 Star...? Not really!

Yes it's a great location, our room overlooked the beach. Room was very spacious and the bed was huge! Great shower!

Staff were unengaging. Room smelled of sewage and was poorly cleaned. No pool or outdoor areas to speak of. It's debatable as to whether or not this classifies as a 4 Star hotel!!

I wasn’t told in advance that the restaurant is not open on Monday and Tuesday evening. the empty fridge in the room was filthy. There was black mould in the bathroom. The room needed a thorough clean

The location and view are unmatched. You are minutes from the beach.

The bed was uncomfortable. Both I and my partner woke up with a sore back.

The hotel from Hell

The view

Evry thing from the non working air conditioning to the lack of anyone at reception after 17:00 and the presence of cockroaches. The attached photo is actually from the breakfast eating area.

We will want to visit this area and stay again but please sort out the Wifi and the aircon, basic stuff. Staff very help

horrible

the building looks lovely from the outside

we were so disappointed. the hotel was old and musty, the whole hotel had a very unpleasant musty smell. the rooms were incredibly dated. the bathroom smelled absolutely horrible of sewer, was moldy and there were bugs both in the room and the bathroom. because of the smell it was only possible to sleep with the windows wide open which meant lots of noise. the hotel is directly under the landing route of the airport. beds were comfortable but that was the only good thing. horribly overpriced as well. wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, even if it was free.

Pleasant

There was no shampoo & conditionare. We had the breakfast included and we had to proove it cause apparently they changed the policy. It would have been preferable that they would know what has been contracted by the customers exactly.

great location on the beach

Rooms and facilities are dated. Bathroom smelled like sewer. Breakfast was not available on Christmas morning and all other restaurants were closed.

Good location for an overnight stay

Lovely spot on the beach. Nice welcome from the staff and out of season our room was available at 12 . Good sized room and bathroom . Good quality toiletries. A good range of breakfast foods available.

The bed was huge but the bedding was too small ! The cooked breakfast was not very fresh and the coffee machine wasn’t working .Coffee was however available at the bar and on demand .

Exceptional

The location is absolutely perfect. Our room looked over the bay and was so light and airy - we regretted that we only had one night to stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to store a couple of bicycles where they would be safer than left on the car.

There was nothing negative to say.

Superb

Incredible view ! The person taking care of the breakfast and the counter is a very good host. Nice to be able to park our car in the hotel private parking.

Very good

Clean tidy rooms with a fantastic view overlooking the beach. Polite and pleasant staff especially the lady looking after Breakfast every morning. The food and service in the Veranda Cafe was excellent. For a small hotel it certainly punches well above its weight for customer service.

It was an overnight stay before catching the ferry back to the UK.

Right on the edge of the beach - couldn't have been closer. Free secure car park next door. The whole hotel needs updating really, but it did what we wanted it to do for us.

Great place in a very special location. The hotel was outstanding - absolutely nothing to complain about. The location was ideal - right on the beach and quite at the same timne. Anytime again
