So our rental car broke down on the way and the folks here took care of us like we were their children. Truthfully, the place is gorgeous but it is the human beings that work there that make this place exceptional. We are already trying to fund a way to return.
Absolutely not a thing

Service excellent, staff friendly, all good, we will come again :)

Beautiful location. Excellent evening meal and breakfast.
Very friendly, polite and obliging staff.
Incongruous mix of decor in the dining room. Bright lighting, plastic plants, kitchen chairs and slightly tatty cafe style tables with fabulous food.
Bedroom would benefit from second chair and small table. Shower dripped all night.
Staff could do with a bit more training on service etiquette, but all very polite, friendly and obliging.

Loved the unique setting in the countryside.
We were in room 15 (ground floor) and could hear every single noise from the room above ... including the urine getting emptied into the toilet bowl.
However, although we love the place, next time we go we will simply book a top floor room.

Beautiful locations and building to stay in. Friendly staff. Oxwich and Three Cliffs are only a short drive away and lovely walking routes around the property.
