Functional, clean and comfy place for a short stay.

We didn’t have breakfast but since the location was in town there were many coffee shops around. We were given some nice suggestions by the owner. The room was comfy, the bathroom very modern and clean. There were tea and coffee options in the common area for the residents as well. Since this for a brief stop this was a very good accommodation.

Fridge was a bit old and made noise overnight

Perfect room for a week, very clean, spacious with very good location!

The bus stop is right in front of the building. With thw buses you can reach both the city center and the beaches. Very fast and comfortably. You can buy a weekly public transportable tickets for only 12 euros.

Absolutely worthwhile!

The staff were very friendly and the owner met us, checked in and made sure everything was okay. The location was pretty ideal as you had ideal bus connections to some really nice locations (CTM app). There’s a pharmacy, spar, coffee shop and really great restaurants within walking distance, and you can walk into town centre within 20ish minutes.

Great accommodation

Very great accommodation in a close location to the centre and good value for money. Rooms were very clean and cleaned regularly. The host was very friendly and very helpful. If it wasn't for the working air conditioning, it would have been difficult for us to survive our stay in such heat.

With the exception of the poor water pressure in the shower, everything was great.

Very good

Really nice, fridge, Coffee and tea. Nice balcony. The arrival is great with a code and self entrance. Really appreciate. The localisation is great, near the park with a nice uphill view, city center 10' walk and an easy bus station to get to the center or beach.

Good accomodation for a few days, I would choose once more when I'm in Cagliari.

Simple room, but very clean and comfortable, good location, walking distance from the city centre. Bus stop in front of the flat, Poetto beach is 15 minutes by bus. Alessandro is very nice and helpful, told us everything from the city.

The fridge in the room could be a little bit bigger. But it wasn't a problem.

Nice stay in Cagliari

Nice room with an air conditioner. It is located near the San Benedetto market and the gelataria il féru that is quite good.

Super clean and comfortable flat in a really good location.

The flat is in a really good location. Bus stops, shops, coffeshops, pharmacy in 50m. Get to the center it takes 10 minutes, to the beach 30 minutes with bus. The room has airconditioning, a really nice balcony, the bed is really comfortable, and the room has it own bathroom. The place is super clean. The staff is great. Thanks for everithing.

Passable

Alessandro was really nice and helpful. The apartman is in good place, near a nice park. Streets are quiet, and we went in to the centre in 10 minutes by public transport. The bed was very comfortable, and i liked the coffee/tea at morning. Towels and bedding is really clean.

The room is dark, not like the pictures and window is small. We did not get fresh air into the room, it overlooks into the building. The bathroom was a bit mold, i need to clean myself again. Green room is right next to the entrance, we woke up when sb. went out. But the other rooms are nice and light.

Very nice location, walking distance to center. Bus stop opposite of buiding (3 and 6). Supermarket, restaurants..everything around apartament. Very comfortable room with big bed and nice and clean bathroom. In the common space u can drink coffee. Very good contact with owner. He replied immedietly and was very helpful.

Good place to spend a few nights

Everything was great, the facility is quite old, but the rooms were good. Good location

The cleaning could be done better (we found some hair in our beds, a fork under the toilet ???, blood mark in shower). But other than that good.

Very good

Perfect location to visit Cagliari. Just outside the city center but easily reachable by foot in less than 15 mins. Room and toilette were clean, bed was comfortable. I would reccomend it

Great Location. brilliant little coffee shop right outside on the corner, very friendly staff who accommodated my terrible Italian. Great for a fresh sweet pastry and cappuccino in the Morning. Also outside property is a tobacco shop where you can buy bus tickets, again, very friendly staff. Alessandro was great, made me feel welcome and told me all the cool places to visit.

Nice and clean room

Room is situated around 20min walk from Piazza Yenne, good size, very clean and nicely decorated with a nice balcony where you can sit on and an air condition. Key colection was smooth. Free parking can be easily find on public streets. You get what you pay for.

Very Helpful Owner

Good location and most places are accessible by walking. Other places can be travelled to by bus. Airport is a train ride away. Good value for money! Host is very helpful and friendly. Balcony is very peaceful too!

A bit of loud plumbing in the bathroom when water is running but not an issue. The bed was quite creaky... Property was advertised as a B&B but no breakfast was provided. Everything else was great!
