Close to town centre. Good for a comfortable stay when in Mykonos.

Good location 5 minute walk from Mykonos bus station, a little longer to windmills and seafront. Good size room with double bed, excellent hot showers, coffee/ tea facilities and fridge . Hosts friendly and welcoming. Recommended.

Location close to town, great view of landscape, amazing value for money, kitchenette available and daily cleaners

Noise complaints - a mix of visitors significantly wanting quiet and party goers in close proximity, no possibility for later checkout during end of season

I recommend it.

Location is near the old town, staff very friendly and helpful, room was cleaned everyday. We arrived very early but were able to leave the luggage at the location a few hours until we could properly check-in. The host also helped us with printing the flight tickets.

Superb

The view from the balcony is amazing. It's really great that the studio is located very near to the windmills, Little Venice, and the party area. Also there's a great place to rent a car or quad right below the studios.

Perfect Location

The location is great, right next to the bus stop(2-3min). The room even though a little older was exceptionally clean, and the air conditioner worked great!

I got a more outdated corner room, the sunset wasn’t the best from there, but I didn’t care too much since I wasn’t staying long.

Excellent!!!

The Studio was perfect, large enough for two people, modern and stylish! Everything was new including the bathroom - shower with glass (which is not common in Greece). Located at 2 mins walk from Fabrika bus station (where the city centre starts). They have private parking. They clean the room everyday and change towels. In few words it is perfect! Thanks to the lady (owner) who was nice and friendly with us. I will definitely go back here!

It's worth the money

The apartment was a short walk to Fabrica. We were allowed to park at the neighbor hotel parking lot. Walk further down and you will reach the windmills and alleys of Mykonos. The room was small but clean. The hosts were friendly but can improve more on communication.

Disliked · The room is very small and simple. The wifi in our room was also very poor. The water in the shower stall was tiny. It's only good for small persons. The shower curtains would attack you when taking showers. It maybe because of the temperature differences inside and outside the shower lowers the air pressure around the curtain, sucking it toward the water. The water overflows to the rest of the bathroom.

Great value for money and responsive host!

The location was excellent - walking distance to all necessary places (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, main bus station from where we travel to other famous beaches); Rooms are nice and clean (but small); The view is excellent from the mutual veranda. Host is very nice, polite and understanding.

Due to end of summer there was very windy and we we having terrible noise (from the roof), which could not be fixed. so we could not sleep well due to terrible noise of the roof

Great location and value for money

Location was perfect right near town and the beach, room was very clean and was cleaned daily.

Only negative I would say are the pillows are very flat and me and my partner both got soar necks but that’s very minor the rest can’t complain

Great location!

It is more than perfect location, only a few minutes walk to the heart of Mykonos town! Great vaue for money, especially for Mykonos!

It is really simple, but very clean! Bathroom a bit small, but bot a big issue.

What a view!!

Cozy room and breathtaking view, perfect to see the sunset and the mills of the city. Very close to a moped rental and to the city for restaurants and night life. Very nice staff, picked us up from the port and changed towels everyday. 10/10 recommend!
