Great Value

Great staff, very helpful, hotel is almost next to Robinson mall, easy access to taxicabs

Mattress is hard on the body- not comfortable sleep, room does not has a refrigerator-can't keep cold drinks in the room, water from the faucet could suddenly turn brown (altjough the hotel warned they were cleaning the water tank but why it went on for days???) But overall it's GREAT VALUE!

I had a good stay in this hotel. I will definitely come back.

I like the location of the hotel, it's in the city center and very near Robinson's. The room is pretty decent and the AC is cold. The hotel provided a electric water heater for boiling water. It's the best! I can drink hot in the morning.

I think it all goes to all Go Hotels.. the placement of the mirror facing the toilet door. I really don't like it. One more thing, I hear rat noise in the AC compartment. Might as well check it.

Good

It was a fast check-in and allowed us to check-in an hour before 2 pm for free of charge. Security guards are approchable. Room is nice, clean and quiet.

We booked Room only as explained upon check-in. But surprisingly the next day somebody knocked our door before 7am and left two bento box. At that time telephone is out of service and needed to call hotel's mobile number to inform that we did not order any.

It was ok but could’ve been better

Located at the mall and close to a lot of restaurants

Button on the 6th floor of their elevator was really hard to press. Since we couldn’t press it, we had to wait for someone to come up the 6th floor so we could ride the elevator. They should change the access button on that floor.

The Cable TV is all blurry and full of static. Some of the sidings and panelling looked dilapidated far from 3 years ago where I used to love staying there.

Accessible to malls and other locations and transport

When I entered the room, there was already cockroaches. The AC was dripping the following morning and i saw more cockroaches on the bedside table and bathroom.

Highly recommended

I liked how accommodating the staff were, they even let us use the computer in the lobby which I appreciate a lot because I had an emergency at work during my stay.

Not nearly as great as my previous stays in your hotel!!!!!

There were bugs in my room! A lot of them! Fortunately they did not make their way to my bed! I stayed on the 5th floor this time. Not a good idea for my next visit. I never had this problem when I stayed on the 4th floor. I advised the person at the desk of this. She replied she would pass this information on to the necessary personnel. I do not know whether she did or not!

Disappointing

Location

There was cockroach in the room, the bidet holder is broken and the battery for the AC is not working anymore so I had to replace it using the battery from the TV remote.

The food the staff and the room

No toothbrush. But overall i can still say the hotel services and the facilities were all great.Definitely going to visit this hotel again. I am not looking for perfection but i am so happy for Go Hotels keep uo the good work.

Decent.

The reception people, the guard, all of the staff were great. Helpful, courteous, and always assisted with requests in great speed. :) Salamat po.

There were cockroaches and other insects in my room. I killed about four. :(

Good wifi connection

From all the Go Hotels we stayed all over PH, Iloilo Go Hotels really disappoint us this time. The room we were assigned has cockroaches. We only stayed for few days so we did not bother to change room anymore. I have stayed in this hotel before but had a better room, this time the room we were assigned was not good. Lots of cockroaches.

Good Hotel

I liked that the staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is accessible to everything, and the rate is not expensive.

The bathroom - there were small cockroaches, a small trash bin, the sink clogged (even after we lifted the metal that covered the hole to drain, it took us a while), and it was not tidy enough. The bed - 2 pillow sheets have blood droplets, which shook us, but we just put them on the side. Bedside table on the left: - small cockroaches were crawling. Cable tv - most of the time, it loses its signal.

Excellent location right next to Robinsons Mall, Starbucks and the old city commercial center.

The aircon in my room was leaking and left a rot in the ceiling. Room cleaning was not thorough & needs to be requested.
