Great self-catering apartment

Really nice place, great value. All facilities as described, we were able to cook proper feels, clean bathroom, lovely double bedroom, sofa, telly. Fabulous location on a farm. Car required.

The host communicated well and was helpful. The accommodation was perfect for us as a couple visiting family in Exeter. Close enough to get into the city quickly but nice quiet rural location with enough living space to eat and relax with others.

It was at a farm and I parked out side my flat , I was soon told by the woman owner not to park there as nxt door wood look outwards to my vehicle, I was there seven days and had 3 different sets of neighbors each and every 1 of them parked where I was onlooking at there vehicles. I had to go and ask for toilet paper to which a door was left open and a dog came out but didn’t go out as it wanted to play , I was spoken to like a little child and made to feel like I had just been told off , the accommodation was adequate slowly expensive but the owner needs to learn people skills as she didn’t have any in my opinion

Value for mainly self-catering apartment

Bed and sofa comfortable, kitchen equipment new and clean, fridge, microwave, oven ,, dual induction hob, so good for self-catering, shower room good too.

The Booking.com website said there was a welcome continental breakfast and a cooked breakfast was available at extra cost, this turned out be incorrect, there was neither of these options, if I'd known I'd have taken my own, but arriving on a Sunday evening not an option!

Hosts never introduced themselves. No bedding/towels changed for whole time there. No milk on arrival .

Lovely welcome. A well-equipped cottage in a great location. Very relaxing place to stay for a week.

Very good

Friendly host. Apartment very clean and had all you needed for your stay. Bed was comfortable, ensuring a good nights sleep. Tea, coffee and toiletries provided.

It would have been nice to have a pint of milk waiting in fridge on arrival, which would be a small but very welcome gesture.
