We loved the location , the clean and comfortable rooms and Nina’s help.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nina, the host , was exceptionally helpful and very patient even when we arrived later than we anticipated. She made local phone calls to help me retrieve an item I had left in another city and opened a special storage area for us to safely store our bikes. Such superb and welcoming service .

Sorry but we don't get the raving reviews. Room is quite small and the decoration has 0 personality. Bathroom felt wet all the time despite the ventilation. Towels are cheap and would not dry during our two days stay. Not enough soundproof as we could hear other guests, especially from the corridor. No bin other than the (very) small one in the bathroom. The mural clock makes so much noise we had to turn it off. The TV does not face the bed and can't be set differently. Payment only in cash. Compared to the other place we stayed while in Zadar, poor value for money.

A clean and renovated hotel that is close to Zadar old town and the bus station.

The Apartments & Rooms Kolovare Beach are within an easy 15-min walk of the Zadar old town and a 15-min walk to the bus station. The room that we stayed in was newly renovated and extremely clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower has lots of hot water. The room was not a suite, but rather a good sized room. It had a refrigerator, coffee maker, and lots of storage cabinets and drawers. Nina met us at check in and was helpful with maps, directions, and suggestions for restaurants. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

An extra trash can or a larger trash can would have been nice. We filled up the small trash can in the bathroom very quickly.

Amazing host, nice vibe, lovely city.

The host was kind and helpful. The rooms were nice and cosy. We booked the 3 out of 4 rooms and we had an amazing vibe at the house. Zadar is a lovely place but I suggest going there during summer.

We went to Zadar in March and the weather was a bit cold at night. Luckily the rooms have air conditioning.

Great accomodation, great location for old city and the beach. Host was marvellous and made contact as soon as we landed

It had everything we needed for a short stay. THe room was clean, spacious and bright with views of the sea. Furnishings were modern and new. We even had a fridge which was great. The outside of the property may surprise you but don’t judge a book by its covers as all the rooms are excellent .

good location everything else was disappointment

great location

says kitchenette, there is no kitchenette. a kettle and a few plates is what it is. paper thin walls. got given out to one evening because we were talking. we played a bit of music at 5pm and the hostess allowed herself into our room. we were in and out of the shower and a simple knock would of been appreciated. it was a breach of our privacy. unless your going to be in bed for 10pm and do absolutely nothing then this place is perfect. also rooms don’t get cleaned, we were here a week. asked for our room to be cleaned only to say if we wanted fresh sheets etc then we would have to pay. we were here a week and would of appreciated fresh sheets we would of at least done it ourselves.

Perfect location, 2 minutes walk from the beach and 6-7 minutes walk from the old town. Clean and silent room.

The room was a bit tiny for a one-week stay but we got what we paid for. It would be good to put two plates in the room.

The location is great, close to Kolovare beach and within walking distance to the city center. Private parking space in the backyard was provided. Internet was fast and stable.

Our room had no balcony and the only window was facing a hospital. The building, including the entrance, needs renovation, while rooms are recently renovated.

Everything! The location is the best - close enough to the sea, it was even possible to have a quick dip before going to old town for breakfast. A nicer beach is just few minutes away and so is the old town. The room was cozy and clean with nice shower. And Nina the host was very helpful and nice

Nina was great host, supportive and gave us very good recommendations where to eat in the city. Apartment very clean, cozy, nicely renovated includes all the facilities for a short vacation with family. Location cannot be better, few minutes walk to Kolovare beach.

Great Stay !!

We have spent one night in this apartment, Nina is a great host. Close to the old city of Zadar,5 minutes walk. Best choice if you would like to stay near Zadar old town. The spacious parking place is a great bonus. The apartment is clean and has all equipment you can wish for. Highly recommended !!!
