Amazing.

The family who owned the property were amazing, they made my family feel so welcome. The food was outstanding and my son loved the French toast. They had the most beautiful dog and my wife fell in love with it. The room was perfect for our stay and my son’s loved the pool and the football net.

Very comfortable rooms with the most impressive breakfast; highly recommended.

This was our second stay, so obviously we were impressed the first time and therefore decided to return. On both occasions we have used this as a stopover on the return journey to the UK (Eurotunnel). The rooms are comfortable with drinks both hot & cold, the outdoor space great for relaxing, the breakfast is absolutely fabulous and the owners very friendly and welcoming. We will stay here again and maybe use it as a base to see more of the area.

Some areas are getting a little tired now, noticeable between our two stays (4 years apart), but I'm sure repainting etc will be part of the owner's ongoing plans. This didn't affect our stay in any way or our opinion of this B&B being fantastic value for money!

Lovely hosts and accommodation.

The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. We had booked 2 rooms close together but a family room had become available so we were switched to that which worked perfectly for us. The accommodation is perfect for a family.

Attention to hoovering under the bed/couch. When looking under to make sure nothing left behind there was a lot of dust and even some rubbish from previous guests. Also inside the shower could have done with a bit of bleach/ scrubbing.

Exceptional

We enjoyed each moment of our one night stay. From some lengths in the pool by late afternoon, to the supper and late evening sunshine. The room was spotless and featured every convenience. Breakfast was bountiful and set us up for a long travelling day.

Shame we could not stay for more days.

Short but sweet

Very accommodating host, the setting was lovely and peaceful and the facilities were perfect for kids. It was a shame we couldn't stay longer.

The bedroom could have done with a window as well as the sliding doors.

Very comfortable room facing garden and pool with own door to outside. Very quietly situated. Excellent breakfast and very friendly hostess. Good to have use of a well equipped kitchen though the owner told us she does provide snack meals in the season.

The sort of accommodation you want after driving for 6 hours

A great place to stay.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The hosts were warm and welcoming, helping us by printing one of our forms. The room was very comfortable with a coffe maker. The breakfast was one of the best we have experienced.

Excellent for children and a stop over

Excellent welcome from the hosts. The children loved the swimming pool and animals. Lots of play equipment. Excellent snack supper. I had a really fresh salad the other had burgers and the children had hand and chips. Very comfortable beds . A first class breakfast. Would highly recommend it as a stop over

Perfect accommodation, friendly hosts, lovely garden

We were recommended Le Champ de La Ferme, and we were glad that we booked an overnight during our trip to the west coast. The hosts Sarah and Philippe were very friendly and welcomed us after a long trip. They showed us our room and the beautiful garden with pool, that we immediately used to cool down. They offer pizza’s, salads and other snacks so we didn’t have to look for a restaurant with two children. The room (the family room; 24H) was clean and perfect for us. They had placed a baby bed for our 2 year old. After a good night sleep, we were offered a buffet breakfast with a lot of choice! We said goodbye to the animals in the garden (a lot of different birds and bunnies) and we proceeded our trip. We would definitely recommend this place!

Everything was OK. You might be a bit troubled by mosquitoes in the night (at least we were). And we didn’t have any cash to pay for our dinner, but we did a bank transaction on the spot so this problem was solved right away.

Very uncomfortable place to stay.

We found the place quite hard to find. The bed was quite uncomfortable and so were the pillows, pleased we had our own with us. Even the bedding did not feel nice.

Wonderful place, conveniently located, with superb hosts and food, but do check facilities!

The room was excellent, although there were some things that needed attention. It is a great place to stay and the hosts are wonderful; also the breakfast spread is exceptional, but if I was the host, I would make a point of testing things during cleaning to make sure they work. We will stay again, but hope next time the host will check. It is a shame that such a wonderful place would be marred by these small things, when they are so easy to get right. We will be back, full of hope! :)

The coffee machine did not work so we were disappointed not to be able to have a warm drink in our room in the morning. The light bulb in the bedside lamp was not working and the breakfast room was simply freezing. We realised it was during lockdown, but hope this will not deter the owners from offering their guests the superlative service they offered us last time and which we are hope we will be offered again.
