Lovely B&B near Buda Castle

The room was spacious and clean. Right next to Fisherman's bastion, so excellent location for sightseeings. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Balint, the receptionist, booked us an airport transfer, making our stay stress free. He also advised us about where best to view the fireworks on a national holiday (20th August fireworks). There was also complementary 24/7 coffee and tea available. All in all, this is a very lovely B&B with professional and helpful staff and also with comfortable beds and clean spaces.

Excellent place for a short stay to visit Budapest.

Beautifull view on Parlament on the other side of the river. Private parking place on the street. Internet speed fast enough for Netflix.

Breakfast low quality. There was nothing hot to eat. We expected sousages, eggs or similar. All ingredients were bought in local supermarket.

основные достоинства отеля это расположение и радушный хозяин.

Удачное расположение отеля, в пешей доступности основные достопримечательности в части города Буда. Номер брали с видом на реку и на здание парламента. Вид просто изумительный. Доброжелательный персонал. Хозяин Лайош очень радушен, рассказал где рестораны и достопримечательности. Вопрос с парковкой авто был решен без проблем.

В номере недостаточно чисто и очень пыльно, окна и жалюзи грязно-пыльные, прикроватные тумбочки со следами грязи на поверхности, что пришлось застелить поверхность бумажными полотенцами. Душ и стены в ванной комнате с грязными подтеками. Кофе на завтраке был еле теплый.

Perfect for short stay

Beeing accomodated at 2nd Floor with perfect view to Parlament and city, there was good time to spend on the big balcony. Very close location WALKING DISTANCE, to Budapest most visited Sightseeing Place CASTLE AND MATTHIAS CHURCH Fisherman Bastei. . Overwhelming friendlyness of Lajos family. Good choice at Breakfast Buffet. Easygoing access not to many stairs to reach Bellevue BB by using CASTLE Busline16 or 16 A. running every 10 minutes early morning to late night either from RED LINE Number 2, METROSTATION SZELL KALMAN TER, only on stop from DELI TRAIN STATION, or Citycenter Metro Hub RED LINE and others FERENC DEAK. Forget moving around in Budapest with your own car. Best Public transportation System ever experience in Big Metropolis. We can 100 % recommand BELLEVUE BB 👌👌😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😎🤩👌👌

Breakfast service should at least start at 8 AM. Be aware of NO ELEVATOR.

My best stay in Europe till now.

everything was picture perfect , probably our best stay in Europe. Room, cleanliness, location, breakfast everything were good. We were allowed to keep pur luggages for extended time after we left. The check in was much early than other places. But the best part was the hosts. I have never seen such wonderful hosts anywhere. Overall a perfect stay. The view of the Hungarian parliament building lit up in the night was bonus.

The location was terrific. I couldn't expect anything better. The price was very reasonable. And the place was clean. The owners are very friendly. once, I went to the kitchen to make some videos because you can see the Parliament building from the balcony, but Mrs owner thought I am there for breakfast and told me COFFEE IN 5 MINS. I tried to explain I am not here for coffee because it was before breakfast time. I recorded my video and went back to my room, few minutes later she was at my door with a beautiful tray of Coffee, UNBELIVABLE!

I usually check a few parameters to book accommodation. Cleanness, location and breakfast. This place has a good review for the breakfast, and it is a bed and breakfast accommodation. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the breakfast. There was no warm food, options were very basic, something I will not use to host my guests.

Very welcoming hosts in a place with dreamy views!

We loved our hosts, very kind and willing to answer all of our questions and help us in everything we needed! We loved the breakfast in the morning and the wonderful view from our room! It was definitely a really good value for money!

We would rather they would have a door in the bathroom that would close more properly securing privacy.

I'd strong recommended

We arrived at 9pm but the host was waiting for us. We was parking on the free place against the host garage. Our apparts was a big and well organized. Location is a perfect. Thank you so much for the earlier breakfast in the check-out morning! I'd strong recommended Rate Bellevue Budapest B&B and will stay here any time in Budapesht.

There is just one free parking place, so it can be occupied by other guests. You should be ready for this. What can be improved: more readable WIFI password will be more convenient to use. Sometimes WIFI was not found at all.

Good

Mr. and Mrs. Szuhay, the innkeepers, and Bálint, their jack-of-all-trades, were extremely gracious and helpful. The location was very quiet, but still convenient in relation to transportation and sightseeing. The view from our room couldn't be better, especially at night with Parliament lit up. The room was also very spacious.

The room was dusty. I understand that this is a small operation and it can be difficult to keep up with every little thing, but a good dusting and vacuum would have gone a long way in making the stay perfect.

Friendly, clean, enjoyable and right at the foot of the castle and the best museums.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food provided was great and the location right near the castle of Buda meant that we were in a great position to visit all of the key places we wanted to. The self-check in as well was easy to understand and helpful.

The drainage in our bathroom could have been better as the drain became blocked.

The location is good and we comunicated well with the host. The room looks like in pictures, which as a first impression is good, but the room was not clean. We didn't stay for breakfast.

The room was dirty. There has not been done a cleaning for a while in the bathroom or in the room. And above all, the room was full of ants going all over the place, including next to the bed. We found food crumbs on the table, dirt and hair on the floor, the shower was dirty and we didn't feel like using it.

Superb

Perfect location just 3 minutes from Mátyás templom on Buda hill. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Excellent and delicious breakfests. Very good accessibility by the public transport. Quiet area of the city. Very green surroundings - trees and parks. Balcony with a nice view.

The house equipment and furnishings is little bit older and our room was not perfect. Especially the bathroom needed some repairs and updates. Anyway everything was in working conditions.

Great hosts, great location, comfortable accomodation.

Apart from a little glitch when I arrived (getting instructions for entry) everything was great. Excellent breakfast buffet and really good coffee, comfy bed, clean bathroom and very good toiletries provided, aircon and fan to keep you cool, very fast internet connection and good wi-fi coverage, friendly hosts and good location for many attractions within walking distance, or for those futher afield a short walk takes you to trams/buses and the metro.

Excellent location only a few steps away from Fisherman's Bastion but still in a quiet area. Not the newest, but functional and clean room furnishings with well-functioning air conditioning. Good price-quality ratio.

A more than value for money B & B place!

Location & Service! The most of tourists prefer staying at Pesti area but this Buda neighbourhood is quiet & very easy to move to the centre(Buda & Pesti). Besides properly holder Layos did the most to keep us happy!

simply wonderful

Highly recommend this B&B. The owner is nice, helpful and very accommodating, he makes you feel at home. The room was very clean, the position perfect to tour the city. Breakfast is full of options that you can enjoy on the balcony with a nice view. We will definitely come back again :)
