About this apartment rental
**Repairs to the seawall and deck are currently ongoing through the winter. The work may include noise disturbances, disrupted walking paths, limited parking, and areas such as the deck and grassy areas may not be accessible. Additionally, the beach access stairs are not usable and are estimated to be back in service for guests by December 1, 2024. **
Come experience New Smyrna Beach in this light and airy two-bedroom, two bath direct oceanfront condo. Located on the 4th floor, this home is tastefully decorated with bright furnishings and bedding.
The living room has a large flat-screen TV, queen pull-out couch and wicker-accented chairs. A view of the ocean can be enjoyed from the comfort of the living room through the sliding glass doors to the balcony. There you will find outdoor furniture, perfect to take in the view and ocean air.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook a variety of meals. Warm wooden cabinetry and white stone countertops offer plenty of space for storage and food preparation. A convenient pass through from the kitchen to the dining area makes for easy meal serving. The dining room has a beautiful wooden table that easily seats six.
This condo comfortable sleeps six. Along with the queen pullout couch, the spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, large dresser, flat-screen TV and more importantly, an amazing view of the ocean. There is plenty of room in the 2nd bedroom that hosts two twin beds, bright bedding and a generous amount of storage under each bed, as well as in the tall dresser and closet.
Both baths have been updated with glass shower doors, granite countertops and accent tiles. Plush towels and linens await every guest.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
