It was just perfect for our family of 6. Very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. When we come back we will be looking at booking again. Very close to everything and only at 15-20min drive to Boca grand beach.

The neighborhood is a working class neighborhood. It is a nice quiet block. The people are great.
Lisa, the manager is a star! When I asked for help on something she ws right there.

This property was very clean. Easy access to many beaches, stores, and shopping. We would definitely love to stay here again.

We've stayed in this house multiple times now. It is in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything we needed. The home has all the amenities you would expect - laundry, lenins, applicances, entertainment, activities, etc. It is spacious and comfortable. We absolutely LOVE mamosas by the caged pool in the warm, southwest Florida air. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Lisa is fantastic! Easy to reach, very helpful. House is clean and cozy. Pool was nice after it warmed up. Location was convenient for us to visit friends and family.

Lisa made the stay a breeze, even checking us in early after a 15 hour drive. She made excellent recommendations on restaurants and itinerary.
The house is lovely, and everything you need for a getaway. We were slightly concerned about the neighborhood given some previous reviews, however, it was very quiet and I had zero concern.
We truly enjoyed our stay at the lovely property. If you twisted my arm and MADE me complain about something, I would say that the beds are SLIGHTLY hard, but that’s a stretch. With that being said, I highly recommend “Meehan” for your rental. It was far superior to staying at a hotel. You can’t replace the sense of security and privacy gained from staying there.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house. The neighborhood was very quiet. The pool was amazing. The mattresses are very uncomfortable, though. We all woke up with sore shoulders or backs. Bring you own beach towels, too. There aren't any at this house.

It was very quiet at night and the pool was nice and warm. Nice little house.

We had an excellent experience renting here. The pool was awesome and we got a ton of use out of it.

The home was very nice and just as described. Everything was very clean and everything was provided that we needed for our stay. As described, the home is in a residential neighborhood, so it was up to us to keep busy and the neighborhood was very quiet and seemed very safe. We did have a little problem with pool heater, but the manager responded immediately and communication with the owner insured us the problem would be addressed. We would definitely consider the home again if we were to return to Port Charolette.

The neighborhood was “shady” to say the least, beds were more lit cots in a college dorm, pool was very clean and house was clean. I would not rent this house again, due to beds uncomfortable all of them, and neighborhood

The house was clean & adorable. Great neighbors & location, just minutes from shopping and beaches. The pool was perfect after a day out in the sunshine. I was sceptical of the beds because of past rentals but was pleasantly surprised, very comfortable. Can't wait for our next Florida adventure!

There was feces on the toilet seat and pubic hair in the showers, the house was not clean. The two smoke detectors had no batteries and there was no carbon monoxide detector. when I asked the owner about the carbon monoxide detector he told me he was not required by Florida law to have one. Nice guy. The home smelled of mold and cigarettes and had dead flys on the window sills So we left the home within a half hour of arriving and moved our children to a hotel where they would be safe. P.S. Carbon monoxide detectors are $20.00 .
